Regarding Order Number [redacted],
I purchased stock number [redacted]-FG420 advertised as "Four Winns boat Gauge Panel [redacted] / [redacted] Vista Woodgrain Plastic" for my [redacted] Four Winns [redacted] Vista. However, upon receiving it, I discovered it does not fit my boat as my boat has 10 mounting screws whereas the part has only 8 screw holes. Due to this mismatch, I would like to return the item in its original packaging. I understand there will be an 8% restocking fee and I am willing to cover the return shipping costs. Please provide me with an RMA through email for the return process. Kindly refund the appropriate amount back to the credit card used for the purchase.

I am aware that it has been over 30 days since I placed an order with your company on August 16th. My order number is [redacted]. Initially, I was pleased to discover a local business that promised next-day delivery for a part that was supposed to fit my boat, as guaranteed by your customer service representative. However, the $20 shipping fee I paid for expedited delivery took three days to arrive. Upon attempting to install the table, I encountered an issue - the table did not fit the stand, despite providing the correct part number to the representative, who assured compatibility. It's impossible to fit a 1 3/8" opening with a table of the same size.
I am seeking assistance on how to return the table or obtain the correct attachment for it. Additionally, I believe the $20 shipping charge was excessive for a three-day delivery timeframe.
