On 11/04/18, I placed an order on walmart.com for a Wooden Revolving Caddy TV Remote Control Stationery Organizer Storage Holder in a brown finish for $8.76. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item, and the instructions are in Chinese. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I would like to return the incorrect item and receive the one I originally ordered. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please advise me on the necessary steps to facilitate the exchange. If the item I initially ordered is not available, I kindly request a refund to the card used for the purchase.
