Creating a new account with a different email means losing all the progress made on the previous account. Attempting to make a new account with the original email prompts a message stating an account already exists, creating a frustrating loop. Unfortunately, contacting a human for support seems impossible, leaving users stuck in this automated cycle. The system's inability to recognize this issue is disappointing, highlighting flaws in the supposed artificial intelligence.
