On Friday, March 1st, I bought two Eagle F1 Supercar tires ([redacted]/35/20) from the Goodyear store on [redacted] in Hollywood. I had a third tire mounted on an extra rim and got a lifetime alignment for my [redacted] Camaro SS 1le. After picking up the car, I noticed knocking sounds from the front end. The manager confirmed the issue, checked everything, but the noises persisted. The next day, I found six missing clips in the inner fender wells which were not needed for the alignment. When addressing this at Goodyear, the female manager's response made me feel accused of trying to steal $6 worth of clips. Despite my profession and recent significant purchase, she disputed the missing clips and mishandled the situation, making me feel like a fraud. Battling cancer, spending time on this matter was the last thing I desired. While I don't seek her termination, she needs customer service training to handle such incidents better. Additionally, I paid for a tire mount which was incomplete, further adding to my disappointment with the service.

I visited a Goodyear tire shop in Cicero, New York today for new tires and an oil change. After picking up my car at 5:30 pm as promised, I later noticed the cooling mode and thermostat lights came on. Pulling over, I discovered a clear fluid leak with a burnt water smell from my radiator's bottom. This issue had never occurred before the service. There seems to be a problem with a gasket or bearing. Unfortunately, due to the shop's early closure at 6 pm, I couldn't reach them, prompting me to contact them the next day. I believe they are responsible for this since my car ran perfectly before their service. I am currently without heat in my car, and the radiator leak persists. I have evidence in the form of videos and photos documenting the problem.

On August 29, [redacted], I purchased four Goodyear tires at Just Tires on Saticoy Street in Reseda. I initially only needed to replace two tires, but the salesperson advised me to buy four for added savings, so I agreed to the purchase under my husband's name. Recently, my husband experienced a flat tire and was informed by Triple A that it was beyond repair. Subsequently, when contacting Just Tires to replace the tire, they mentioned it wasn't covered, despite my belief that new tires come with a warranty. Just Tires claimed I declined roadside assistance coverage, but all I remember is signing for the purchase of all four tires. I am frustrated with the situation and looking for assistance in resolving this matter with Just Tires.

I had an appointment at the Harbison Blvd. store in Columbia, SC on November 17, [redacted]. When I brought in my car because of a shaking tire, the store manager, Kevin, did not provide helpful assistance. Kevin mentioned the counter weights on my other tires but didn't address the problem with the shaking tire. I requested a test drive on the interstate, but he refused due to the time of day. I felt disrespected and belittled by Kevin's attitude and lack of help. I won't be returning to that store and I believe Kevin should face consequences for his behavior.

On November 15, [redacted], I bought 4 new Ultra Grip Ice WRT tires (MD7AKM1R3318, [redacted]/55R17, 99T SL) for my [redacted] Mercedes CL [redacted] from Port Tire and Auto Service in Port Washington, New York. The installer confirmed the wheels were true, did an alignment, and balanced all tires. I started noticing a cyclical vibration between 55 to 75 mph on the highway. Although the installer rebalanced the wheels, the issue persists. Despite being told it's due to winter tires and normal tire "hum," I have used winter tires in the past and never experienced this level of vibration affecting the steering wheel and giving a feeling of instability at highway speeds. Since I drive 35,[redacted]-45,[redacted] miles yearly for work, this vibration is concerning considering the amount I spent. I suspect a faulty wheel or tire. The installer assured me the wheels were fine and insisted the tires aren't the problem. I hope to find a solution or potentially exchange them for a different Goodyear tire. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you for your help. - A.L.

I purchased two Goodyear Marathon trailer tires size [redacted]/75/14 for my boat trailer. Each tire has less than [redacted] miles on them. Unfortunately, one tire has loose tread, and the other tire has belts sticking out of it on the back side. The DOT number on them is 2VHB VLHR [redacted]. Despite having 7/32 of tread remaining, they are showing these issues. I am a loyal Goodyear Marathon user and never had problems until now. Are these tires covered by any warranty? Appreciate your assistance. - Scott S. Mineral Bluff, GA.

I had to visit the City of Industry store twice when it could have been done in one trip. The employees there, specifically Ryan, were exceptional. Ryan ensured our satisfaction from start to finish. However, my issue lies with the process of booking appointments online. My colleague and I carpool and both needed time off to replace all 4 tires. We booked online, selected tires using the "Find the Right Tire" tool, chose a date and time, entered our details, and received confirmation. Upon arrival, we discovered the tires were unavailable, needing to be ordered from another store 23 miles away. Given the condition of our current tires, this was not feasible. We had to return the next day, resulting in wasted time and frustration. A software update to verify inventory before scheduling appointments is necessary. The purpose of booking online is to ensure convenience for both parties, which was not achieved in this case.

As a retired Goodyear employee with 17 years of experience as an auto technician, I recently acquired a used army truck with new Goodyear Wrangler tires. I suspect the tires were originally put on by the surplus dealer who sold it to me after his daughter used it in Atlanta, Georgia. However, as an ASE Master Tech, I noticed a radial pull to the right. When I visited the Goodyear store in Albany, Georgia, I explained the issue to the manager who advised I pay for switching the front tires side to side and declined to adjust for a radial pull since the tires were not purchased from their store. I believe Goodyear stores should honor warranties on Goodyear tires regardless of where they were purchased. If I am mistaken in my understanding, please reach out to me via email for clarification.

I bought tires from Mavis in Gardiner on October 11. Shortly after, my tire light came on, and Mavis said the valve was pinched but fixed it. After two more incidents of the tire light coming on during long trips, I woke up to a completely flat tire. The technician at Mavis mentioned I needed to buy a new tire due to utilizing the warranty. As a disabled senior, I've always preferred Goodyear tires, but this experience has been disappointing. Now, Mavis is asking me to purchase a new warranty since they claim the first one is void. This situation is unacceptable just under a month of having the tires.

I have relied on Goodyear tires for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with their performance. Recently, I purchased a set of the [redacted]/50R18 Assurance Weatheready tires from Broadway in Manitowoc. Unfortunately, after just three months, one of the tires developed a one-inch slice near the rim, causing it to leak air. To my disappointment, the dealer refused to honor any warranty on the tire, forcing me to pay over $[redacted] for a replacement with only 5,[redacted] miles on it. Feeling frustrated, I sought assistance from Powers, another Goodyear dealer in Manitowoc, where I replaced the tire for $[redacted].28. I believe that there should be some form of warranty coverage for such incidents, and I hope to be compensated for the unexpected expense. Thank you, Jack Meisner

Subject: Goodyear Tyre Claim Inspection Complaint
Location: Meerut

To Director of Goodyear Tyre, Mr. Sandeep Mahajan/Mrs. Sudh Ravi

I am writing to inform you that I, Omender Singh Sirohi, recently purchased a new Mahindra Bolero Neo N10 in February [redacted], which came equipped with a Goodyear tyre. The serial number of the tyre is [redacted], Mold number B385249, and Hi-tech number 11W36JA6R. I have driven [redacted] kilometers so far, and the tyre has developed multiple leaks.
Upon reporting the issue, Goodyear's service engineer, Mr. Aman Tomar, directed me to a dealer. After inspection, the dealer concluded that the tyre had leaks but was not covered under the return policy due to being 90% thick. This is concerning as Mahindra supplied the vehicle with the Goodyear tyre, shifting responsibility between them.
I feel disregarded as a customer by both Goodyear and Mahindra, with Mr. Aman's demeanor towards me exemplifying this issue. I am considering escalating this matter to the consumer court if necessary, which would damage your company's reputation. I hope to see a resolution soon.
Thank you.

I understand why Goodyear may not have a customer service email available if they lack the resources to manage it efficiently.
I recently applied for a Goodyear credit card with the promise of interest-free financing for six months. The card is accepted at authorized dealers, and Sam's Club is listed as one of them. However, after spending six hours at the service desk and on the phone, I was informed that using the card at Sam's Club was not possible. Some representatives initially suggested it could be arranged, but ultimately I was advised to return to the store and have them contact the credit card company on my behalf.

Good morning, I recently purchased a set of Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady [redacted]/55R20 tires from Sam's Club in Buffalo, New York. The tires I received had differing dates with some being almost 2 years old and one close to 3 years old, contrary to my expectation of receiving a complete set less than a year old. When I requested a replacement set, the salesman mentioned a lack of control over the warehouse's stock and suggested contacting them or receiving a refund. Despite my preference for a new set from the current year, I was offered a single new tire and informed of discounted prices. Seeking assistance from another Goodyear dealer, I was informed about the need to order the tires and a 2-day waiting period. I am disappointed with the discrepancy in service and tire age, as I believe the warranty should align with the manufacturing date rather than the purchase date. I aim to obtain a full set of [redacted]-manufactured tires in exchange for what I paid.
