My husband gifted me a subscription that's ending soon. I got a special offer for 2 years of Good Housekeeping and Women's Day in my name at a better rate than renewing my current subscription. Can you please let me know how I can switch without missing any issues? I'm ready to send a check right away for the upgraded deal; just need to know where to send it. Thank you for your assistance.

I am currently a subscriber to Good Housekeeping magazine under the name Susan Carson. I would like to transfer the subscription to my mother-in-law, whose name and address are as follows: Initials L.C., [redacted] Hollis Road, Douglasville Georgia [redacted]. My subscription is active until [redacted]. Please confirm if you can complete this request. Her subscription is valid until October, and I prefer to start receiving the magazine at her address in November. I will be moving from my current address soon. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am receiving duplicate copies of Good Housekeeping at [redacted] Whitehall Rd in Summerville, SC under the names Linda Schmitt and Gregory Schmitt. I believe my husband gifted me a subscription but there seems to have been a mistake in the name. At the same time, I also signed up for a subscription, resulting in two deliveries each month. I would like to consolidate these subscriptions to receive only one copy. The identification numbers on the magazines are as follows: for Linda Schmitt #GHK[redacted]/9# 00R11 and for Gregory Schmitt #GHK[redacted]/5#.

I am frustrated by the lack of customer service I received after my subscription #[redacted]/3# was automatically renewed. I made four attempts to contact you, but each time I was placed on hold for a total of one hour without any music or response. This experience led me to contact my bank to cancel the card, causing further complications as they could not reverse the charge. Given our limited income, the $19.97 charge matters to us. I even tried calling your [redacted] number to subscribe, but never reached anyone. I expect better service, especially considering my background in customer service. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to address this issue promptly.

I'm attempting to cancel my subscription, but when I input my account number, I receive an error message stating that it's not recognized. I would like a human representative to get in touch with me. Otherwise, I will need to freeze my credit card to stop any unauthorized charges. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced. It would be greatly appreciated if a representative could contact me instead of continuing to send automated emails.

I have been charged $9.95 a month by Good Housekeeping for the last 90 days without signing up for a subscription. I contacted your company last month but received no resolution. Attached are screenshots of my checking account to prove the charges. I want these charges to stop immediately and request a refund of approximately $30 that has been taken from my account. I used to think highly of your magazine, but not anymore. I have proof of charges in August, September, and October. I expect a refund promptly. If needed, I can provide dates when the charges were made. Contact me for further information. Thank you.

Please discontinue sending subscription requests to Naomi Cain at [redacted] Brouse St. NW, Uniontown, Ohio. Kindly maintain her current subscription until the cycle ends without sending a renewal notice. It can be distressing for elderly individuals on tight budgets to receive materials that appear like bills. While I understand your business perspective, it's essential to avoid exploiting vulnerable customers. Any future materials resembling payment requests or aggressive advertising will be reported to consumer protection groups. As Naomi's nearest relative, I do not want my email inundated with your literature. If necessary, I will mark it as spam and inform my Internet provider accordingly. This message is dated 10/23/[redacted] and serves as a formal notification. Similar alerts will also be sent to other magazines engaging in such practices. - Sharon M.

Hello! I just finished speaking with your customer service representatives, and I hope you can assist me better than they did. I received my magazine and noticed a Credit Adjustment of -$69.78 under my name, Susan Bertozzi. I believe this indicates a refund or an opportunity to order more magazines. I would like to explore ordering additional magazines if possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Have a wonderful afternoon. Yours Truly, Susan Bertozzi.

I would like to be considered, along with my two children, for a Christmas trip to New York City! We are a single-parent family that doesn't usually have the opportunity to go on vacations or win things. I understand it's a slim chance, but I wanted to reach out and ask you to please think of us for this trip. I have been dealing with illness lately, which has caused me to miss work and paychecks. A family trip like this would truly be a dream come true and a much-needed blessing. I have been raising my children on my own since they were young, and now that they are teenagers, a memorable experience like this would mean the world to us. Thank you for considering us, and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

Subject: Suggestions for Magazine Content
I recently received an email from you regarding magazine subscriptions and felt compelled to share my thoughts. Having worked on Wall Street for nearly 30 years, I understand the evolving landscape of media consumption. Magazines and newspapers are facing challenges as digital media gains momentum. To stay relevant, it's crucial to cater to specific demographics. Categories such as fashion, e-news for younger audiences, and content for older readers who enjoy traditional reading experiences are important.
Instead of bombarding subscribers with generic discounts, consider restructuring your content to appeal to different age groups and interests. Topics like mindfulness, relevant for all age brackets, can be engaging. Additionally, promoting educational initiatives, like teaching seniors in care facilities valuable skills, could make a positive impact. By diversifying and personalizing content, you could attract a broader readership.
I believe in the power of media to inspire and educate. Let's bring back stories that resonate with readers of all generations, similar to the essence of Reader's Digest. Thank you for considering these suggestions.
Best regards,

I subscribed to Good Housekeeping and HGTV Magazines back in July, but I have yet to receive a single issue. Despite reaching out on numerous occasions, I have encountered frustrating experiences. Today, after being placed on hold for 20 minutes by RJ and then disconnected when requesting to speak to a supervisor, I called back and was hung up on by a woman who failed to provide her name clearly. There seems to be confusion as you have my location listed as Nebraska when I actually reside in Indiana. I was assured that the missing issues would be delivered by 11/20/18 and have been repeatedly assured that my subscription will be extended, but all I want is to receive the magazines. I have been told to be more patient and questioned about providing the wrong address in Nebraska, which I have never lived at. Most recently, I was informed that the situation would be resolved by the end of January [redacted].

A couple of years ago, I contacted 1-[redacted]-Flowers to buy a funeral arrangement. During that call, they mentioned a promo for a discount with a specific purchase that could be canceled if I bought a particular arrangement from them. They offered a week-long free trial for a magazine subscription, which I agreed to but canceled promptly after a week. However, the subscription has continued, and I have been receiving magazines without reading them. I am concerned about any unauthorized charges to my bank account and request a refund if any charges have been made. Please cease sending magazines, and I am willing to return them if provided with return packaging instructions. I did not receive any billing details or renewal notifications; otherwise, I would have stopped the subscriptions two years ago. I reiterate my request not to send any more magazines as I do not read them. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I had a frustrating experience with your customer service department today. When I called regarding my subscription, I spoke with an employee named El. After looking up my account, she mentioned I owed $7.87. Despite my attempt to ask about my subscription, she repeatedly pushed me to pay the bill. Her manner was not friendly, and she seemed eager to end the call quickly. Eventually, I was able to address my concerns, but El's excuse for the miscommunication was blaming a bad connection rather than apologizing for not hearing me clearly. I couldn't locate a more suitable avenue to express my dissatisfaction, so I am sharing my experience here in hopes it reaches the appropriate department.

I have received multiple "invoices" claiming I owe Good Housekeeping $27.56 for a one-year subscription to the magazine. However, I have not subscribed to Good Housekeeping for years and do not plan to in the future. Please remove my name from your "fraudulent" invoice list immediately. I do not wish to receive any more material about your magazine. Good Housekeeping used to be my favorite magazine for many years, but it is no longer. In fact, I don't even read it anymore. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I received a Good Housekeeping subscription as a gift last year. Unfortunately, my father recently passed away, and my mother, who is the subscriber, is struggling to cancel it. I want to help my mother by canceling the subscription on her behalf. Dealing with my father's passing has been difficult, and I hope to alleviate some of my mother's burden. Please contact me at [redacted] to guide me on how to proceed with the cancellation. I want to stop receiving any promotional material and request that my email address is only used for communication regarding this matter. I appreciate your prompt attention to this request. Subscription Number: [redacted] Payee: Mr. James and Mrs. Anne Wishart Address: Wittentalstr., Germany. Thank you.

I've been trying to reach Sakinah Ali, Consumer Service Seal Manager, but have had trouble getting through. I've been communicating via email but haven't received a response after sending the completed Complaint Investigation Form. I need assistance with issues regarding Good Housekeeping Seal covered products by BathPlanet installed by BathPlanet of Indianapolis (Sho-Pro).
I have been waiting for Good Housekeeping to address the quality concerns and provide either replacement parts, repairs, or monetary reimbursement for third-party assistance. The phone number provided in auto-replies is not for Consumer Service. As of now, I'm still waiting for a resolution and for Good Housekeeping to contact me regarding the warranty problems. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.

I cancelled my subscription for Good Housekeeping magazine (Account [redacted]) on March 20, [redacted]. I am confused about a letter I received stating I owe $20 for gift subscriptions for Sunita Contreras and Shalini Salcido. I initially ordered this subscription through Publisher Clearing House. When I received it in January or February, I personally called to cancel. Irene assured me no money was owed and the subscription would be canceled. However, I just received another statement claiming I owe $20. This account is under my husband's name, but I manage the subscriptions. I contacted Publisher Clearing House, and they advised me not to worry about the issue or send the statement. Please address this promptly. Cancel my subscription and close Account [redacted]. Thank you. - MGR

Good Housekeeping mistakenly processed the gift subscription ordered for Bicycling magazine as a subscription for Good Housekeeping instead. The intended recipient contacted Good Housekeeping to stop the unsolicited subscription. The Bicycling magazine subscription should have been received instead. As the sender of the gift subscription, I am seeking a resolution without incurring additional costs since the $30 payment was already made. Conversations with Bicycling magazine representatives have not led to the subscription being reinstated. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I recently purchased a magazine titled KETO DIET for BEGINNERS for $13.99. While the cover is visually appealing, I found some shortcomings within the content. For instance, there were instances on pages 26 & 27, 28, 29, and 31 where the images did not match the recipes provided. Moreover, the photographs predominantly showcasing raw meat or fish lacked aesthetic appeal, with prepared dishes being presented in a plain manner. For recipes such as BACON PEPPER FAT BOMBS on page 36 and BACON CHEESE DEVILED EGGS on page 43, the visuals were not enticing and lacked key ingredients like bacon. The presentation of dishes like ROSEMARY GARLIC LAMB RACKS on page 46 and others on subsequent pages left much to be desired. I had higher expectations regarding the quality of the publication, especially considering its association with GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. I am considering requesting a refund for this disappointing experience or offering my photography services to enhance the magazine's visual appeal.

I updated my mailing address back in January, but so far, I've only received the May issue. Recently, I received a letter offering a $15.00 deal for a 2-year subscription, which I want to sign up for. I attempted to subscribe online, but encountered an error related to Women's Day magazine. Consequently, I canceled my Good Housekeeper subscription to go for this deal. I reside in the USA and cannot make 1-[redacted] calls. Is there an alternative contact number I can use to reach out to you?
