Upon contacting Golf Galaxy customer service, I was informed I needed an order number to obtain the tool. Despite providing names, addresses, and emails associated with the purchase, I was unable to receive assistance and was advised to visit a store, which is a considerable distance for me. I received a Ping G410 Hybrid Golf Club as a gift from Golf Galaxy online, but the adjusting tool and instructions were missing. I called Golf Galaxy Customer Service to resolve the issue. The associate requested an order number from the receipt, but since it was a gift, I provided my information and my son's without the order number. He verified the purchase but insisted on the order number for the tool. He suggested I go to a Golf Galaxy store which is [redacted] miles away round trip.
