I recently bought new Taylormade M2 Irons, an M2 Hybrid, and an M2 driver totaling around $1,[redacted]. When I tried to use a $30 off coupon for purchases over $[redacted], I was told it couldn't be applied to Taylormade products. I later tried to use the same coupon for New Balance cleats with no success. I'm frustrated that these coupons seem to be invalid for most of the items in your store. It would be great if the coupon could be used for the cleats, but if not, maybe consider updating your advertising to avoid misleading customers. It feels disappointing to invest in your products and not be able to benefit from the promotions you promote.

I recently visited a Golf Galaxy store in Naples, Florida and have been a regular customer for about a month, spending over $[redacted]. I had purchased a used driver the night before and wanted to try it out before a morning game. When I asked to use the club, an employee responded rudely, implying I couldn't use the facilities for practicing with my purchased items. This made me uncomfortable and reconsider my loyalty to the store. I don't believe it was unreasonable to expect to try out my new club. Any thoughts on this situation?

Upon discovering that my twelve $50 Golfsmith gift cards, totaling $[redacted], are now invalid at Golf Galaxy, I am disappointed since I was unaware of the expiration date. Despite the cards stating no expiration, both the store and customer service confirm they are no longer accepted. I urge for an alternative solution for loyal customers facing the same predicament. Having frequented both stores for 15 years, I suggest implementing a program to compensate for the unusable gift cards, such as reward points or a discount on products equivalent to the card's value. Please consider a solution to prevent loyal customers like myself from losing out on hundreds of dollars. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, JZ.

Hello Golf Galaxy, I was highly disappointed in how your employee in the back dealt with my situation. I purchased a Scotty putter online and unfortunately, it turned out to be a fake. I brought it to your store for repair, but the employee's reaction was excessive. They made a scene, yelling and drawing attention from other staff, which was embarrassing. To make matters worse, the employee mishandled my putter and even dropped it on the floor. This incident occurred in your Clinton Twp, MI store. Despite living just 5 minutes away, I plan to drive 30 minutes to Carl’s Golf Land for my future golf equipment needs. Due to this experience, I won't be shopping at your store again. I believe a big corporation like yours should place more emphasis on selecting employees with better customer service skills. Thank you, Sol C.

I have been playing golf for 50 years and have purchased numerous sets of clubs in the past. I recently had an experience with Las Vegas Golf and Tennis where there was a mix-up with my order, but eventually, they gave me a free 5-wood to make up for it. However, my recent experience with Golf Galaxy for my 70th birthday gift has not been as smooth. I ordered a set for over $[redacted], which was supposed to include 14 clubs, but it only had 12. I had to go back to order a 3 hybrid separately. While checking out, I was told I would earn points on my Dick's SCORE CARD, and I later found out I had $[redacted] in points. However, when I tried to use the points, I was told they had already been spent, even though I just received the card in the mail. Additionally, my club set was incomplete, missing a driver, sand wedge, and 3-hybrid. The lack of follow-up and customer service from Golf Galaxy has left me disappointed.

On Friday, December 23rd, my son and I made a booking for a one-hour Trackman session at the store on [redacted] Parkside Main Street in Cary, NC. The report we received via email after our session was blank. I called the store immediately, and a staff member promised to send the complete report via email promptly, but we never received it. We paid for the session to get the data, and not receiving it means we didn't get what we paid for. Therefore, I kindly ask for a complimentary one-hour Trackman session to receive the data.
