Hello,
I recently returned a set of Brian's Heritage senior goal pads, as well as the matching glove and blocker, which were stock colors. When I bought them, I was informed that I had a year to return them unused for a complete refund. However, upon return, I was surprised to be hit with a 15% restocking fee and a $[redacted].00 US shipping charge. I covered all shipping costs, both to receive the items and to send them back. I am puzzled by the additional charges, as they were not previously mentioned. My order number is #[redacted]07. The fact that these charges were not disclosed and I now see the items on sale with the same refund policy is disappointing. I request a full refund as promised on your website.
