Good evening, sorry to bother you. Could you help me? Yesterday afternoon, I bought a domain on Godaddy for the first time. I'm not satisfied because I'm struggling to adapt and create my page. The tutorials are only available in English, which I don't understand. I feel it won't be useful to me if I don't know how it works. That's why I'm requesting a refund for the domain purchase. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you for your attention.

I need assistance transferring a client's website from my Pro account hosting plan to his existing hosting plan. He is willing to pay for migration services to ensure a smooth transfer. The website in question is drrock.com, currently hosted under my account using the Enhance - Business Hosting plan for one month.

Yesterday, two hosting accounts were merged: [redacted]91 and [redacted]56. The PIN for both is [redacted].
I noticed that several domains registered through GoDaddy are missing from the merged account. The domains that need to be included are: mycareermart.com, staging.thebe.us, and texpros.net.
Additionally, I would like to request that all of the hosting currently under Deluxe Hosting be transferred to Business hosting.
Lastly, staging.thebe.us requires an SSL certificate that is supposed to be free with Business hosting. Thank you.

I have been in touch with them to retrieve my domain and have just resent the color image of my driver's license as requested. After lengthy discussions over the past two days, the domain in question is barbarasealock.com. I have set up a new email at [redacted] and [redacted] yesterday. I have also provided my working phone number in the message I sent a few minutes ago. I look forward to hearing from a GoDaddy representative to finalize this domain recovery process. Thanks. BS

I have a functional website (non-SSL) with a custom CGI using Perl for file uploads by users. It has been successful on a Pair.net server for many years. Recently, I tested its transferability by moving it to a NameCheap.com server, where it operated smoothly with minimal adjustments, despite the presence of an SSL certificate. A client requested its relocation to their GoDaddy account, but it is not functioning the same way there. When attempting to access the file via the form, an error message is displayed citing an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Strangely, the file location appears in the URL bar, and accessing the location directly through the browser yields no issue.

Three weeks ago, I discovered that my website, whitemountaincatering.com, was not operational. I contacted GoDaddy support on 12/21/[redacted], and an agent informed me that my account was not set to auto-renew. After updating my billing information as advised, I was told my site would be restored within 24-48 hours.
After waiting the recommended time, my site was still down. When I reached out to GoDaddy support again on 12/29/[redacted], I was informed that not only was my site down, but my template and content had been deleted. After paying a $60 fee for content recovery, I was assured that everything would be restored within 24-48 hours.
Despite these assurances, my site remained offline. Following up for the third time on 12/31/[redacted], I was informed of a technical issue delaying the restoration. It is now 1/3/[redacted], and after contacting GoDaddy support for the fourth time, I was told that my content was irretrievable due to the 30-day recovery window expiring. I am frustrated as this contradicts previous assurances and feel misled by GoDaddy. I urgently require my site to be restored with all content intact.

Hello, I regret to inform you that I made an error this morning while attempting to configure a domain I had previously purchased (www.bosspwr.com). Due to a connection issue, my GoDaddy account appeared to show no purchased domains, leading me to mistakenly purchase the domain www.bosspwr.co. Realizing my mistake after a few hours, I discovered I now had two domains. I proceeded to purchase the second domain thinking the payment for the first one had not gone through correctly. As the second purchase was made in error, I kindly request a full refund for the domain www.bosspwr.co, as it was bought within hours of the initial mistake. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello,
I am seeking a refund for the Domain Broker service I purchased as I was surprised by the response I received after attempting to use it for the domain businesscoaches.com through GoDaddy's broker. Despite not finding a mention of a minimum bid amount on the service page, I was informed that my bid was considered too small for their attention. This information was not transparent upfront, and I feel misled about the level of service I would receive.
The broker suggested I increase my offer to at least $5,[redacted] to engage the domain owner's interest, indicating the service may not be beneficial for domains valued under a four-figure amount. Given the nature of domain pricing and the commission fees involved, I am disappointed with the outcome and would like a full refund for this service.
Thank you,
Santiago

My website, Breath-of-Life.net, has been recreated without my consent, and the cover page now features a Black man instead of my photo as a White woman. The layout and design have completely changed from my beautifully designed dark purple background. I did not remove my website and want it restored immediately by Godaddy. I had a website with my photo for many years, paid each year, and now I have no website at all. I need my old website back urgently to attract clients. Please contact me at [redacted] (landline) or [redacted] (cell), or email me at [redacted] Thank you, Joanna Bloem.

I recently searched for some unique domain names on GoDaddy, only to find them all held on a platform the next day. Despite the domains being inactive without websites, GoDaddy wants to charge me $69.99 plus a 20% commission to reclaim them. This practice seems unfair and resembles a scam, with numerous others reporting similar experiences online. I am exploring ways to retrieve the domain name without incurring fees, considering the option of legal action either through a class action lawsuit or individually. I plan to contact law firms next week to pursue this matter further.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with GoDaddy's customer support services for the past few months. Every time I contact them, I have to endure a 30-minute wait, which is quite frustrating as my time is precious. I have been trying to resolve an issue related to a domain I purchased over six months ago, but despite speaking with three different representatives who assured me they would take care of it, the problem still persists. Given the recent passing of my mother in late March, I have not even been able to utilize the domain due to this lingering problem. After seeking assistance from Microsoft to remove the moderation, I am now being told that GoDaddy needs to do the same. I paid $[redacted] for the domain for a year and I simply want to use it for personal reasons without any additional moderators controlling it. The whole situation is causing unnecessary frustration, especially since it seems redundant for GoDaddy to instruct me to remove the moderation imposed by Microsoft only to add their own layer of moderation later. It feels like a lack of common sense and understanding of what customers truly need and what they are paying for. Instead of a seamless experience, I am forced to navigate through unnecessary hurdles to make everything function as intended.

I encountered an issue with my website after purchasing a domain from GoDaddy. Unfortunately, the site is not ADA and WCAG compliant, causing concerns regarding possible lawsuits. I have reached out to GoDaddy multiple times for assistance, but the representatives were unable to provide a solution beyond sharing YouTube links. Even attempts to address the problem through Fiverr were unsuccessful due to limitations within the GoDaddy platform. Despite suggestions to hire a professional, I have not received any concrete guidance on how to rectify the compliance issues without risking my domain and website address. This ongoing struggle has been frustrating, leaving me feeling unsupported as I seek a resolution for my website.

Hello GoDaddy Team,
On August 2, [redacted], I interacted with Miss Sarika to request a refund and cancel all my products. She mentioned that the refund process would take 5 to 7 days. I requested the refund to be sent to my bank account. Later, I spoke with Mandeep, who explained that the payment was processed as store credit. He initiated the refund but the domain was not canceled as requested. Subsequently, Miss Madhu informed me of an issue with my card preventing the refund to be sent to the bank account. She mentioned initiating a check refund and provided a ticket number, but no one contacted me.
Mr. Harpreet confirmed that there was no issue with my payment method. Ravneet suggested contacting the billing team directly for further assistance. Today, I spoke with Mr. Vinay, who advised me to return tomorrow for the refund initiation. Despite the efforts of each representative, the refund process has been extended over two weeks with conflicting information provided. I kindly request the GoDaddy team to address this issue promptly. I have been a customer since [redacted] and hope for a timely resolution.
Thank you.

I initially purchased multiple domains through Godaddy. Everything was fine up to that point; it was a good, easy, and affordable service.
Later on, I started buying email services with them, but our company couldn't use them as we were unable to share calendars, and emails from some banks weren't coming through. We couldn't resolve any of these issues despite multiple unsuccessful calls to their support.
Due to this, I had to buy emails from Google as I work for a demanding company and needed a quick solution.
The problem escalated when I asked for a refund. Mr. Miguel Angel Lombana from Godaddy almost forced me to buy Microsoft emails instead, claiming they would work better through Godaddy, with no other alternative offered. He also asked for an additional payment, which I reluctantly made.
I made it clear that I already had active emails under the domain martepizza.com and that the new ones he was selling me needed to work under that domain. He assured me it wouldn't be a problem and said he would assist.
After purchasing the new solution, I encountered an error message when trying to set it up. At this point, I couldn't afford to waste more time on this issue.
He mentioned he would fix it, and after another call, he managed to activate them.
He always subtly implied that he was the only one who could assist me and threatened that I would lose any solution or service if I didn't contact him directly.
However, the email accounts were created but couldn't receive emails, and I no longer have the time or interest to continue this lengthy process. I requested a refund via email.
Following my message, he bombarded me with calls (repeatedly and in quick succession) which I couldn't always answer due to being in meetings. He insisted on resolving the new problem, but I explained that I couldn't dedicate more time to it and asked for a refund. His response was that he couldn't process the refund, that he had no one for me to escalate my request to, and essentially, I had to write off the company's money for a product that didn't work.
Due to the technical issues and inadequate training of their employees, as described in this extensive account, I was unable to resolve this matter in a reasonable time frame, so I had to seek an alternative solution (Google emails).
As an employee of this company affected by this situation, I demand an immediate refund of the amount paid by us.
Best regards,
Diego P.T.

In April [redacted], I registered the domain name republicansunited.org for the Arizona State University club. I provided them with the domain and a hosted website at no cost initially. On April 12, [redacted], I transferred the ownership of the domain to them to promote their autonomy. The transfer was facilitated by William on behalf of Republicans United.
It appears that William has since left the club and kept the domain name. The ASU club is now considering legal action to regain control of their domain, crucial for their nationwide connections. Changing the domain name would have significant negative consequences at this point.
I am reaching out for any assistance or insights you may have regarding this situation, linked to my account ([redacted]1).

I am concerned about the lack of compliance with federal regulations by GoDaddy Payments. I have taken steps by filing reports with the FTC, opening cases with the Offices of the Attorneys General in Delaware and Arizona, and initiating a lawsuit against GoDaddy Payments in Superior Court. Despite the return of some unlawfully retained funds, they still have not fully complied with US regulations and are causing ongoing irreparable damage. If you would like more information, you can refer to FTC Report #[redacted]37 on their website.

Hello,
I received an email regarding the automatic renewal of the domain "singulardot.com," which was registered by a former employee. We believed this domain had been canceled previously. If it hasn't been, we would like to cancel it now. I am trying to confirm what email address the domain "singulardot.com" is associated with. When we log in using our current email address ([redacted]) provided in the renewal notification from GoDaddy, we only see our active domain "mikrolabs.com." Our customer number is [redacted]52 under the name of Marieke Verbiesen. Could you assist us in canceling the domain "singulardot.com"? Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Marieke

I am experiencing issues with the POP3 incoming server outlook.office365.com. We have been using this configuration for over a year without any problems, but it suddenly stopped working. The error message indicates a login failure despite having verified the password multiple times. The settings for the incoming and outgoing servers are correct, and I am able to access my email through Outlook Live without any problems. I have ensured that the POP3 services are enabled, but the issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I am consistently receiving money requests for the automatic renewal of the website YLECLIPSE.ORG (or .COM?) from an unknown source, as I have no knowledge of its registration or management.
I am concerned about the continuous requests from your renewal service and how my personal information and sensitive data were obtained.
I want to clarify that I am not associated with these sites, managed by different individuals years ago, and I have not authorized the sharing of any personal data.
I urge your company to cease sending me any payment requests or unwarranted communication regarding sites, domains, or similar matters immediately.
I want to emphasize that I have not entered into any agreements for your services, and any alleged automatic renewal notices are viewed as potentially fraudulent if originating from your company.
If my requests are ignored, I will not hesitate to report this matter to the appropriate Italian judicial authorities and Europol.
Sincerely,
Alessio Guerriero

I made a payment to reserve a domain and received an email from GoDaddy requesting verification of my account. They are asking for a copy of my passport or ID, as well as a copy of my credit card through email. I am uncomfortable sharing this sensitive information and have requested a refund. I have reached out via email and called the customer service center three times, but they have not been helpful and I was put on hold for extended periods when asking for a supervisor. I feel unsatisfied as they have taken my money and now I am at a standstill. I feel stuck between providing personal information or risking further charges. It's a difficult situation and I am unsure of what steps to take next.
