Despite the usual delays attributed to COVID-19 and the holiday rush, it’s now December 30, and the order's not yet in our hands. I'm attempting to purchase a large size Milk & Honey face wash for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, when I try to check out, the order doesn't go through; the circle with a slash just keeps turning. I'm in NC, paying with a credit card, and shipping to Seattle. I've also tried using coupons, but every time I enter a code, it says the code doesn't exist in red text. I've been checking out as a guest. Thank you.
Hello, I made a purchase of approximately £[redacted] worth of Glossier products on December 6th. Subsequently, I received a second order confirmation email on December 8th. However, only half of my order was delivered to me, even though it could have all been shipped together in one box. I had hoped that the remaining items (2 lip balms and 3 clear lip glosses) would be sent separately. Despite my patience, it has now been around 10 days since I placed the order.
