Hello Global Customer Service, I am Angela G., the Purchaser for Ossur Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL. We recently got a new Sales Rep named Brenda C. V. Unfortunately, her response time and order processing are significantly delayed. I would appreciate it if we could have someone else assist with our account. It took over a week to confirm a PO I submitted on December 2nd, with the delivery completed on December 16th. Our Account number is [redacted]. Having worked in this position for three years, I have dealt with great previous Reps and hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.
