Hello, my name is Donna B. On 12/12, I placed an order for a blue backpack with hearts and the name Ava, along with a compact mirror featuring a February birthstone and the name Audrey. My order number is [redacted]. On 12/20, I received a call from your team mentioning a problem on your end and requested that I call back for more information about the mirror. I tried to call on 12/21 in the morning but you were closed. I brought up the backpack during the call, and I was told it would arrive in time for Christmas along with the mirror. Today, 12/22, when I finally got home at 8 PM, I opened the package only to find that the backpack was plain with no Ava or hearts as requested. The mirror's quality is very poor, with rough paper edges and signs of rushing in production. It's disappointing to receive such subpar items three days before Christmas, especially since I ordered them on 12/12 and was told 1 to 2 days for delivery. I'm quite upset. Please get back to me as soon as you can.

I received a flag today, but I am unhappy with the material used. The flag I ordered for my mother in [redacted] had a different material, which did not fade like the one I received today did. It appears to be the same as the one I ordered for my dad in [redacted], which was not satisfactory. I am disappointed that the material used for my mom's flag seems to be different this time.
