I recently visited the gas station on Front and Champlost streets, a place I frequent. The attendant there, who was on his cellphone Bluetooth, seemed distracted by a personal call during my service. Despite my requests for scratch off and bingo tickets, he walked away several times without explanation, which left me confused and feeling ignored. When I tried to get his attention for the correct tickets, he reacted angrily and used inappropriate language towards me, demanding I leave. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering I am a regular customer in the area. I feel disrespected and mistreated, and I am considering taking legal action if this issue is not addressed promptly. This incident needs to be resolved as soon as possible to prevent further unpleasant experiences for customers like me.
