Gerber Products Company Customer Service Issues

I recently opened a container of Gerber baby food for my son who then started choking on a piece of paper found inside the food. After he choked, I discovered a second piece of paper inside the container. I am concerned about this incident and would like guidance on how to address it, as my child's safety was compromised due to a foreign object in your product.
