Good afternoon, I left IAH through door A115 at 13:35 on Thursday, 5/9/19 and required directions to the ecopark shuttle stop. I noticed an office with a large sign that read "Ground Transportation & Information" and an IAH representative inside. I waited at the window for a few minutes as the representative seemed occupied. When she eventually opened the window, I asked for directions. Her response was abrupt, and she then rudely slammed the window shut with a displeased look on her face, displaying clear annoyance at being interrupted. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a customer service representative. It tarnishes the image of IAH. I appreciate if you can address this matter with the employee.
