Hello, I am disappointed that the x4 looper I received is not working despite my efforts, including checking the power supply. There are no lights and no response. I would like to return this product and receive a credit. I had a previous issue with a defective x4 looper that had a continuous low sound, which you authorized me to return, and I did. Now, I would appreciate a credit on the same charge card for this new purchase. The unit is in perfect condition otherwise. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the x4 looper as it is not functioning at all, with no lights turning on. I have carefully ensured that the 9V charger is correctly assembled. I have a return label that was included with the looper. Despite it not working, the device is in perfect physical condition. Dear GearNuts Tech Support, I recently bought a TC Helicon VoiceTone R1 from eBay, thinking it was new. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with the reverb function. Despite trying different settings, I can't seem to get any reverb effects, and the dry to wet feature doesn't make a noticeable difference in sound. When connected to my mixer, I can't raise the volume without getting feedback, even when kept at a low level. The seller doesn't accept returns and assured me it was checked and working fine. Could the low volume be causing the issue? I'm frustrated with this purchase and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Terry.

My spouse bought me a BOSS guitar amp for Christmas from Amazon, based on a list I created, but unfortunately, the model I listed (BOSS Katana [redacted]) is too large for our home at 31x24x16 inches. I only wanted a smaller one for practice. I've tried calling your customer service number about a return and possible exchange, but no one answers the call, only a fax-like sound. Amazon couldn't process the return and directed us to you. I'm concerned about your return policy as shipping this back might be costly and could stretch my budget too thin. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I was excited about practicing with a new amp, but now it's turned into a bit of a situation.

I ordered a Roland Cube in late August, and FedEx supposedly delivered it around September 4 - 5 without any notice or knock on my door. Unfortunately, the package was stolen from my porch along with two other items. After contacting Shipper Gearnuts through Amazon, I was instructed to file a police report, which I did and sent it to Gearnuts as a PDF. They informed me that my amp would be resent, but it had to go to a FedEx facility in Portland for pickup. Despite the package arriving at the facility on September 16, I was only notified on September 24. By the time I found out, the amp had been returned to a FedEx box on NE Alderwood Dr. After several frustrating phone calls, I now have a contact number to inquire about my amp, though I will have to wait until Monday to call them. I am considering canceling the order and buying from another vendor if this issue persists.

Despite their listing stating these accessories were included, I have not received them. This misleading advertising is deceiving customers into purchasing the guitar.
