I am reaching out to share a recent experience I had during my stay at your hotel for the [redacted] convention. Despite a wonderful overall experience, I encountered an issue on my last day that led to a significant inconvenience. I accidentally left my purse with vital medication in my room which had a faulty lock. After a lengthy wait and much distress, a kind maid eventually intervened and had the door fixed promptly. However, the delay caused me to miss two important classes and added to my physical pain due to kidney problems. I appreciate the gesture of reimbursement offered; however, as I was pressed for time and emotionally overwhelmed, I was unable to utilize the shopping voucher. I requested a complimentary stay at a hotel in my hometown, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated. This experience left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed after eagerly anticipating a break at your establishment. I hope this feedback sheds light on the impact of my ordeal. I am writing regarding my upcoming stay at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention, with a confirmation number of [redacted]7 under the name Piyarat Suntornpong, scheduled for April 2-7, [redacted].
I would like to arrange the delivery of a pair of SAS shoes and electric toothbrushes to the hotel address at [redacted] Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland, USA, [redacted]. Kindly advise if any special instructions are needed for the delivery.
The packages are expected to arrive a couple of days prior to my check-in date.

During a conference in Nashville from 7/17/23 to 7/19/23, Carrie McGinnis, my boss, stayed at Opryland Gaylord Resort and provided Murray State University's TN tax-exempt form during check-in. Unfortunately, tax charges were applied at check-out despite this, as she no longer had the form and the front desk couldn't find it. I reached out to Christian Joseph Corpuz about this matter, sending the bill and the tax-exempt form, but have yet to receive an update on the tax charges. It's disappointing and frustrating to encounter this issue at a luxury hotel of this caliber.
