Gas South Customer Service Issues

I used to be a customer of Infinite Energy, which has now transitioned to Gas South. The Infinite Energy website for logging in is deactivated and directs me to the Gas South website. I am unable to log in as I have forgotten my password and may not have the correct user ID. Since the account was previously under a relative's name who no longer resides here, I tried creating a new account in my name. However, the process was stopped with the message "There are two accounts with that email address," and I couldn't proceed further. I attempted to reach out via chat, but it is showing as "blocked." Unfortunately, Gas South did not provide any other options to resolve this issue.

We enrolled in the one price plan using promo code YOURPRICE, which offers a $[redacted].00 credit or $10.00 off each bill for 10 months. However, I noticed that the $10.00 discount was not applied to my recent bill. I kindly request to have this corrected promptly.
