I was disappointed with the customer service experience I had when inquiring about a 30% discount my mother tried to get for me. The second representative I spoke with was very rude. I clarified that the account linked to my email was not my sister's, but my mother's after making a significant purchase. Despite explaining this, the representative was dismissive and mentioned the company has limited staff to assist customers. She appeared agitated, and I was promised a response in a few days. I hope for a better outcome, but the conversation left me feeling disheartened. I believe the customer service team should undergo more training to handle situations more professionally. It seemed like the representative was generally unhappy, which affected our interaction. Thank you, Suzie.

I received a pair of slippers in December as a gift. Following the care instructions, I washed them once on a gentle cycle with cold water and laid them flat to dry. However, after washing, the insole got spotted and appears dirty. I attempted to clean just the insole following the instructions, but it remains damaged. The insoles were not dirty prior to washing; I was only trying to remove a small spot on the outside. Unfortunately, the insoles are now ruined. I appreciate any assistance as I really like these slippers and I am disappointed that the insoles now look so dirty. Thank you in advance.

I made a purchase with Garnet Hill on June 6 for $[redacted].56, and my Customer Reference number is #[redacted]2. I never got a confirmation for this order. Thinking there might have been online issues, I re-ordered on June 16 and have already received shipping information for that one (order # SG[redacted]2 / $[redacted].31).
