As a loyal GSN customer for almost six years, I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue. Recently, when playing games and accumulating tokens, I noticed a discrepancy where my winnings totaling 4,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] tokens went missing from my account. Despite numerous attempts to contact GSN support and address this issue, my tokens have yet to be recredited, causing frustration and disappointment. I believe it is vital for GSN to uphold their commitment to customer satisfaction and promptly resolve this matter by reinstating my rightful winnings back into my account. I am not seeking a refund, simply asking for what is fair and just. Your prompt attention and assistance in addressing this situation would be greatly valued. Thank you for your time and support in this matter. Sincerely, Vincent Scanapico

As a young business owner advertising locally in North Carolina on Spectrum with a GSN package, I have been considering increasing my spending with you. As a daily game show fan, it was watching Match Game that convinced me to advertise with you. I want to address both a programming and advertising issue. My friends and I have observed the distracting green and yellow border "screen frame" on shows like Match Game. This color choice is jarring and uncomfortable to watch. I suggest either maintaining a uniform screen format or using a less distracting color. The bright yellow and green border are unnecessary and take away from the viewing experience. While this may not be a major issue, as a viewer and advertiser, I hope you will consider this feedback. Please pass this along to the relevant departments. It would be appreciated if I could receive a confirmation that this message has been received by the appropriate parties. Thank you.

I enjoy watching Cash Cab every night before bed to unwind and destress. Tonight, on October 4, [redacted], at 11:05, I was watching the show when a distressing video clip played. The footage depicted a bear injecting poison into another animal, accompanied by the terrible sound of the dying animal. I was so shocked and upset by what I saw that I immediately scrambled to find my remote to switch the channel. This experience has deeply disturbed me, and I cannot bring myself to watch the show again. I will be turning off GSN. Sincerely, Debbie Fleming

I would like to express my concerns about the show "America Says" hosted by John Michael Higgens. I enjoy the show and his hosting, but I have noticed an issue during the fill-in board segment where he asks for audience input. Unfortunately, I often miss the answer because the camera angle doesn't show it clearly, causing a lot of frustration. Please address this issue so that the answers are fully visible. Additionally, while I appreciate John Michael Higgens, I feel his dramatic performance sometimes comes off as excessive, resembling a ballet dancer or a balancing act. I think toning down the theatrics would improve the overall viewing experience. If this feedback reaches the appropriate channels, I may provide more input in the future as I am a frequent viewer of GSN. Thank you.

I've noticed some life insurance commercials on TV that are not very sensitive to older viewers, like my mom who is 89 years old. Seeing ads with discussions about "when they're gone" upsets her. I would like to reach out to GSHN to request the removal of this specific ad from their channel. Whenever my mom sees it, she gets affected by it. I usually mute or change the channel when it airs. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am curious about the programming schedule for "Cash Cab" airing frequently on Saturdays and Sundays. It would be appreciated if the network could rotate different game shows for variety instead of repeating the same show continuously. Many viewers, including myself, would prefer a more diverse lineup. Please consider airing a variety of shows to enhance viewer experience. Kindly review this suggestion. Thank you.

I want to address the concerns I have about the show "Match Game with Gene Rayburn." While I understand it's an old show, the way female contestants and panelists are treated is not acceptable. I recently watched an episode, and the sexual jokes and comments made me uncomfortable. For example, Gene's questions to female contestants and the expectation for them to kiss male panelists like Richard Dawson upon winning are inappropriate. Additionally, comments about clothing and body parts were disrespectful. I believe this type of content on a family network sets a poor example for viewers on how women should be treated and how they should respond to sexual remarks. I think it would be best for Game Show Network to reconsider airing this show. I feel strongly about this issue and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it further. You can contact me by email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you, Gail M.

I have been playing Bingo Bash online since around [redacted] and have never had issues with freezing until recently. This morning, the game froze multiple times, making it difficult to play without interruption. I reached out to your online support, but they just informed me that this is a normal occurrence. I believe that if freezing is a common problem, users should be informed in advance. I play various other online games without facing similar issues, making this experience quite disappointing. I have already checked my device thoroughly to rule out any internal problems. I requested a refund due to the ongoing freezing problem affecting my gaming experience, but I have not received any response. It's disheartening to pay for a service that does not meet expectations. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. My reference number is [redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this issue.

I have been a dedicated player of the game on the WorldWinner app, which is run by GSN. It used to work well for me for almost 1.5 years until recently when it started glitching. The frequent $[redacted] spins made it impossible to win, leading to consecutive losses. The game appeared rigged as the wins were limited and losses were excessive, not adding up mathematically. This experience feels like a scam. I have been unable to reach out to GSN for help, and I am interested in exploring options for a class action lawsuit. It is frustrating to see over 2 million consumers facing similar issues on the website.
