On August 22, [redacted], my bank allegedly rejected a payment for my insurance, causing it to be canceled without any prior notification, which resulted in the suspension of my license. I had mistakenly believed that my coverage would automatically renew. After contacting my bank, they confirmed that they did not process the payment. Consequently, I had to pay renewal and DMV fees to rectify the situation. It is unjust that I am penalized for an error that was not mine. I am seeking assistance to investigate this matter, ensure the continuous operation of my insurance, and avoid repeated visits to the local office. Additionally, I request to be promptly informed of any payment issues via email or phone in the future. I hope for reimbursement and the ability to maintain my SR-22 coverage without restarting the three-year period.
