Consequently, I had to pay renewal and DMV fees to rectify the situation. It is unjust that I am penalized for an error that was not mine. I am seeking assistance to investigate this matter, ensure the continuous operation of my insurance, and avoid repeated visits to the local office. Additionally, I request to be promptly informed of any payment issues via email or phone in the future. I hope for reimbursement and the ability to maintain my SR-22 coverage without restarting the three-year period.
