I attempted to purchase the paper at the box in the challenging weather, but it did not open and took my money. I also tried the front number but received the Wednesday paper instead. The box in the back lot by the white "FREEMAN PRIVATE PARKING" sign, close to the hardware store sign, is responsible for taking my money. Despite the rainy, snowy, and cold weather, Freeman continues to disappoint. The side street box still holds Wednesday papers, and the cross street box labeled "who gives a crap" also has old papers. The January 31st paper contains outdated news. I am frustrated as I can't obtain the Saturday paper; instead, I am forced to purchase Wednesday editions or wait until the following Sunday. This experience has been disheartening, and I recommend not sending salespeople to pick n save for subscriptions. I will display this complaint on the board. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Issue with Mattress Delivery at Nealands Road
I am disappointed by the ongoing issues I have faced with a recent mattress delivery from your company. After receiving a damaged and dirty mattress in November, I have been dealing with rude staff and unhelpful responses. Despite multiple attempts to have the mattress returned, a replacement was unexpectedly delivered today by an aggressive courier who left it on the street after being refused by my daughter-in-law. This situation has become urgent as the mattress is now at risk of being stolen or damaged. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I, Keith Cowen, am writing because I recently received an email from Freemans regarding an order placed for an Apple 10.2-inch iPad. The order is marked as an unauthorized payment through PayPal and is currently on hold pending confirmation. The order number is 10C-[redacted]9, and the delivery address listed is 2 Parc Bodnant, Llanudno, Conwy LL30 1LU. I want to clarify that I did not make this purchase; it appears to be a fraudulent transaction that occurred at 3:04 pm today. I am asking for the order to be canceled if it does exist, and I have verified that there is no activity on my PayPal account at this time.

I recently received an email from Freemans confirming a purchase I did not make, and the delivery address is in Wales while I reside in Spain. Since I cannot contact Freemans via email, I believe this could be a fraudulent attempt to get me to log into my Paypal account through a fake link. I have reported this to Paypal as an unauthorized payment and refrained from using the link provided. I am hesitant to call due to international call charges and long wait times. I have also forwarded the email to the Paypal spoof address for investigation. At this point, I am unsure what else I can do from Spain. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, G. Wilkinson.

I recently received an email from Freemans confirming a purchase, but I did not make this purchase. The order number listed is IOC-[redacted]9, and it is being sent to an address in Wales, despite me living in Spain. I suspect this is a spoof email trying to trick me into logging into my Paypal account through a fraudulent link. I am hesitant to call Freemans internationally due to long hold times. I assume as long as I don't click on any links in the email, Paypal will not process the payment without my consent. The email refers to the purchase as an "unauthorised payment." I have forwarded this email to Paypal's spoof address for review. From Spain, I am unsure what more I can do. I simply want Freemans to confirm the cancellation of this unauthorized order. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, G. Wilkinson.

My name is Janet Smith, and I reside in Flat 6 Henley House, Corporation Street, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 1NL. I recently placed an order for a pair of Vans Old Skool pumps in size 7 with order number [redacted]. The tracking information shows that the delivery was made at 11:30 a.m. today, but unfortunately, it was not delivered to me. I am quite frustrated as the delivery driver's written information about the drop-off location is unclear, preventing me from retrieving the package. Could you kindly arrange for another delivery or issue a refund? You can reach me at my new email, [redacted]
Warm regards,
Miss S.
