Freedom Healthcare Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing severe itching all over my body. I have tried various medications to no avail. Recently, I learned that diabetes can be a cause of severe itching. Additionally, an allergy test revealed nearly 25 allergies including molds, grasses, trees, various foods like tree nuts and tomatoes. Unfortunately, I am allergic to most allergy medications. I was prescribed Flonase a few times, but my eye doctor advised against it due to chronic dry eye and scratching of my eyelids. I am at a loss on how to alleviate this itch. Can I safely use ice for relief? Any advice is appreciated.
