I have attempted to check my score multiple times without success. Every time I try, an issue arises. Although I use my debit card without any trouble elsewhere, this company does not accept it. I would greatly appreciate speaking to a customer service representative live instead of exchanging text messages. Kindly provide me with a customer service number, and I will reach out to them myself. The situation is frustrating as my card is functional everywhere else. What steps should I take next? Thank you.

I am new to this service and have been noticing recurring charges on my bank statement amounting to $39.90 and $12.95, with some being blocked by my bank. Despite my efforts, these charges from 6/1 and 5/28 keep coming through. I initially signed up for a trial by paying a dollar, but upon realizing additional charges, I promptly canceled and was assured everything was sorted. However, the charges persist without authorization. I have already placed a stop payment, but the charges are still going through. Please cease debiting my bank account. I canceled shortly after signing up, but my bank account keeps getting charged for months. Despite being assured the issue was resolved and only a dollar would be charged before reimbursing me, I keep getting billed $39.90 monthly. I've never used the service and want these unauthorized charges refunded. I see recent charges on 5/28 for $12.95 and on 6/1 for $39.90. Kindly credit my account, cancel all services, and close the unknown account immediately. Resolving this as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated as I was assured this was taken care of months ago, and the charges persist. Thank you.

I've been having issues with FreeScore.com charging my Bank of America prepaid card, which I haven't used in nearly a year due to lack of funds. After resolving a claim and getting a balance put back on the card on July 12th, [redacted], FreeScore.com has charged my card $39.95 about six times. I have since canceled my subscription, and I'm seeking reimbursement for these unauthorized charges on my inactive card.
