Please contact me as soon as possible. I filed my taxes online with your company, indicating a return of $4,[redacted].00. However, the IRS sent me a letter saying they adjusted my return to $[redacted].00 because only my unemployment income of $9,[redacted].00 was submitted, leaving out my wages of $47,[redacted].06 from January to September. This error likely led to the incorrect return amount. After speaking with the IRS, they confirmed the discrepancy. I need your assistance to resolve this promptly. Thank you, Glenn Snyder [redacted].

I submitted my [redacted] taxes through free1040taxreturn.com, and I am trying to retrieve a copy of my [redacted] or Schedule C. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access the website. Even after leaving messages, the site either logs me out when I enter my password to view responses, claims I've already filed and cannot do so again, or mentions that I used a different company. This situation is quite frustrating as I require this information for the NYC Department of Labor. Thank you.
