Fox Sports Shops Customer Service Issues

I would like to share our experience after trying to watch the fight we purchased but were unable to due to streaming restrictions for international viewers. My dad and I attempted to log in at 6:00 am ECT on Fox Sports but encountered unavailability. We later discovered that international viewers were restricted. We paid $75, charged from my dad's account in Germany without prior notification about these restrictions. Urgently seeking support and a refund. FOX Sports, we can provide proof upon request if needed via private message. Disappointed and frustrated, we ended up purchasing the fight for $14 on fite.tv in the 8th round due to the initial streaming issues with Fox. I am aware of our rights and will pursue a resolution until addressed. Charging overseas customers without fulfilling the promised service is unacceptable and appears to be unprofessional and a scam.

DIRECTV and Nexstar, the owner of Channel 31 in Denver, Colorado, are currently in a dispute. Due to this issue, I am unable to watch the highly anticipated Women's World Cup USA game #1 tonight in English. It is incredibly frustrating and unjust. Despite the challenges faced by Fox, denying viewers access to important programs due to greedy local station owners is simply unfair and unacceptable. I urge for a resolution to be reached promptly to avoid further alienation of viewers like myself.
