I am concerned about my recent order placed on the 10th of this month with order number 902FC9H01179. I purchased an item from bozales-caninos.es or fordogtrainers.es and paid through PayPal. Despite the payment being processed by Perzov ADI Ltd, I have not received any order confirmation. Previously, I attempted to order from hunde-maulkorb-store.de, a German site, but had issues with my credit card. Unlike that experience where they tried to reach out, this time I have had no communication. It seems fordogtrainers.com operates under various names, making it hard to contact them. Phone calls go unanswered, the Spanish site lacks contact information, and emails remain ignored. I am hoping to either receive the product I ordered or obtain a refund. I have been struggling to reach them by phone with no success. Despite sending three emails, I have only received automated responses. I placed an order on December 19th and am eager to check on its status. However, as of December 31st, all I have received is an unhelpful UPS tracking number as UPS has not yet collected the order from the distribution facility. Their listed phone number seems disconnected as the line sounds like it's turned off. I am beginning to have concerns about the credibility of this company.
