I am Shirley L. Kovar, Esq., the attorney representing the co-trustee of the Hermann Kopf Trust. Herman passed away on August 23, [redacted]. We recently submitted a package with all necessary forms and information to change the account title and address, which unfortunately went missing during the first attempt. We have been informed by the post office that the second package was successfully delivered to Box [redacted] and is awaiting pick-up. Once the forms are processed, we kindly request a new account statement for Trust ID 46-[redacted] associated with account number [redacted], which holds assets in Ford Interest Advantage.
