I have received the following email. Please confirm that my bank will receive the refund.
Flywire cannot process the funds to Deutsche Bank due to compliance reasons. The payment must be returned because of a discrepancy between the PAN holder's name and the account holder's name. They apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The funds may take up to 5 business days to be credited back to the originating account. You don't need to take any further action regarding the refund, as the Refunds department will contact you directly if they require more information.
Do not reuse the same Payment ID or payment instruction to send the funds again, as they have been cancelled. You need to create a new payment request and follow the new payment instructions carefully to complete your payment to the institution.

I gave an order for [redacted]€ to Piccola Università Italia. I received confirmation that the money was received by Flywire and will be delivered to the recipient within the next 4 days. I got this email yesterday, and I don't understand it! Will the [redacted]€ be forwarded or not??? Our payment request has expired. Your payment PUI[redacted]36, which you requested on March 21st to deliver [redacted].00 EUR to Piccola Università Italiana, has expired. If you have already sent us the money before the expiration date, please send your payment proof to customer service. To access your payment, go to your payment. I am located in Raleigh, NC, USA, and I recently made a fee payment to NCSU on December 30th around 4pm IST from India using Flywire. This was approximately 2:30-3am ET. I selected the "I've sent my funds" option on the tracking page with Flywire to notify them that my funds are en route. Flywire mentioned that it typically takes 2 to 3 business days to receive the payment and will guarantee it to the institution once received. Unfortunately, my payment deadline is January 1st, [redacted], midnight ET. I am concerned about the timing and wondering if the guarantee ensures the institution accepts it as a completed payment even if there is a slight delay in the funds being credited to their account.
