Yesterday, I went shopping at the store and despite verifying my balance beforehand, my card was declined three times. I have $[redacted] available, but still encountered issues. I tried contacting support multiple times but couldn't reach a live person. I need this money urgently, but my balance remains the same. I am frustrated and confused as to why I am unable to access my funds.

I require further details. How much more information can I provide besides, "Please have a human respond ASAP to please give me my account and routing number"? The website claims to have 24/7 human customer service, and I spent about an hour trying to get help, but all I encountered was a automated robot voice asking for my card information, and that's as far as I got.
I need this information to send a payment.
The website boldly states that live human customer service agents can be reached 24/7/[redacted] by calling the number on the back of the card. I tried every possible combination of numerals, but never managed to speak with someone.
I am in desperate need of my account and routing number. Please provide assistance as soon as possible.
