I recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy F41 through an exchange offer, but when the delivery person came, they refused to give me the new phone. On December 23, they initially claimed that my old phone was in good working condition with no issues. However, upon closer inspection, they pointed out a small dent and a minor 3 cm cut on the white plastic outline of the phone. They then requested Rs. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for quite some time, making numerous purchases. Recently, on December 14, [redacted], I ordered an LG 8x mobile phone worth Rs 30,[redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone started overheating just after receiving it. Despite multiple complaints and visits from engineers, the issue remains unresolved.
As an asthmatic patient, I prefer written communication over calls. However, I have received [redacted] messages from Flipkart support with generic responses asking me to contact LG service centers or claiming unsuccessful call attempts, which is frustrating.
The lack of a proper resolution, the repeated closure of my complaints without consent, and the unsatisfactory responses from both engineers and customer care have led me to consider legal action for poor service and negligence.

I have encountered a problem where I feel deceived and have taken action by filing a FIR against your customer service representatives and Flipkart for fraudulent activities. I bought a Techno Spark mobile through an exchange, but during delivery, the delivery person asked for an additional Rs [redacted] as inspection charges for a prepaid order. Despite requesting a receipt, I was assured it would be sent via SMS, which I never received. Upon contacting customer service, they stated that I should not have been charged and that a refund would be issued, which has not happened yet.
Furthermore, my account has been blocked, prompting me to involve my lawyer and take legal action against you in the consumer court for adequate compensation. Additionally, I have reported the matter to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office for investigation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flipkart. I placed three orders on January 15, [redacted], expecting two of them to be delivered on either January 22 or 25. Without my consent, all three orders were canceled by Flipkart, claiming they couldn't reach me on my provided number. I always make sure to provide my address and alternate numbers, but they didn't make any effort to contact me using those details. When I called customer service, they mentioned trying to reach my number which they claimed was unreachable, but my registered number is different, and my address was up to date. I didn't receive any notification or email about the undelivered shipments; they just canceled them abruptly. The customer support team's responses were unsatisfactory and lacked proper explanations when I inquired. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Flipkart seems to believe there are no other e-commerce sites available, but I will never be purchasing from them again and will advise my friends and family to avoid shopping on Flipkart as well.

Upon checking the official Dell website, I discovered that the laptop was registered for warranty on June 9, [redacted], affecting the warranty period. I am writing regarding the ongoing issue with my Mi 55-inch TV. I have contacted the customer helpline at [redacted]52 and the Jeeves support team at [redacted] multiple times via email. Unfortunately, no technician has visited my home to rectify the TV fault despite their claims of resolving the issue without my confirmation or the problem being fixed.

I purchased a Hisense [redacted] L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star ([redacted]) Refrigerator (STAINLESS STEEL, RT488N4ASB2) on 27/01/[redacted], delivered on 30/01/[redacted]. Order Number - OD[redacted][redacted]0. The installation was on 01/02/[redacted], and the fridge wasn't cold next morning, spoiling food. Freezer worked. First technician on 04/02/[redacted] found freezer -7 and fridge 16, suggesting freezer to be set to 2/5 and fridge to 7/7. Flipkart disagreed. The second technician on 05/02/[redacted] suspected a problem and needed to report back. Another technician visited on 08/02/[redacted], found compressor tripping. Flipkart wanted further checks. Contacted Flipkart on 09/02/[redacted], engineer postpone to 10/02/[redacted] for a replacement. Frustrated with Flipkart's service, as the recommended temperature is 4 degrees Celsius for the fridge and -18 degrees for the freezer. Received multiple technician visits for a new faulty product instead of a replacement under the 10 days policy. Concerned about Consumer Act breach and the inconvenience caused by the warranty repair process on a brand-new item.
