Hello! I am Ganova Iuliia, and I am reaching out to you to assist in locating my missing luggage. After my flight AT977 from Gran Canaria/LPA to Casablanca/CMN on June 20, [redacted], with a layover in Cairo, I discovered that my luggage did not reach its destination. Despite reporting it missing with reference number DMEMS20007 on 21.06.[redacted], my luggage has not been found or sent to Moscow as of 06/27/[redacted]. Apart from the monetary value of the luggage, which amounts to approximately 1.5-2 thousand euros, the suitcase contains crucial documents that I require before 05.07.[redacted], with an estimated additional cost of 1 thousand euros for replacement. Your help in expediting the search and delivery process would be greatly appreciated. I am eagerly awaiting your response regarding the status of my lost luggage.
