I have noticed that the bank doesn't provide advance notice for their system updates, causing inconvenience over the weekends when I cannot access my account online or through the app due to unexpected upgrades. These frequent disruptions erase my login details, making it frustrating. In my opinion, they should improve their IT department to ensure smoother operations. On a positive note, the in-person service at the bank is efficient and the staff is friendly. However, the online banking experience is the worst I've encountered. Weekend outages leave customers without support until Monday, contradicting the advertised 24/7 access. This recurring issue prompts me to consider switching to another bank with better online services. The lack of round-the-clock customer support is disappointing, especially for a major bank. It's a significant drawback compared to other banks that handle updates more effectively. I feel compelled to explore banking options elsewhere due to this recurring problem.
