To whom it may concern,
I contacted First American Home Buyers on 11 May [redacted] to file an air conditioning claim covered by my policy. A representative from Payless Heating and Air Conditioning visited on 12 May [redacted] to address a leak, but the issue was not resolved after multiple attempts. The job was passed to a plumber who refused to come out since they believed it was not a plumbing issue. The service request was then given to A.C. Quictech Services Inc., who have been unable to provide a date or time for the service, only mentioning another two weeks delay whenever contacted. This ongoing delay has impacted me, as well as my two children, who struggle with respiratory problems when the air conditioning is off. Despite my consistent bill payments, the lack of progress and poor customer service from both the contractor and FAMHB concern me. I have tried to escalate the matter to the corporate office and requested to speak with a supervisor, but to no avail. I am hoping that a manager can promptly address this issue and reach out to me.
