Hello, in [redacted], I started my journey with Felt Bikes with an F85 and upgraded to a Z3 with Ultegra Di2. I got a [redacted] Z2 with the original Dura Ace Di2 due to sizing issues, eventually purchasing two of them. I also added Ultegra Di2 to an F5x and an F3 with Zipp [redacted] clinchers. Recently, I made a regrettable choice with an FRD equipped with Sram e-Tap which had multiple issues, leading me to sell it at a loss. Despite various setbacks, my sons have enjoyed Felt bikes over the years. I am disappointed with the FRD experience but still value quality gear. I am open to resolving this matter and potentially continuing as a loyal Felt customer. Thank you for considering my feedback. - Bill Card
