I am having trouble with Fedex deliveries to my home. Despite clear signs requesting packages to be delivered to the house when the gate is closed, the driver consistently ignores the instructions and leaves them on the street or on top of the sign asking not to do so. I have even built a package shed to keep them dry when the gate is shut, but this seems to be disregarded. Recently, a case of ammunition was left in this unsecure location, posing a danger to children in the neighborhood with frequent thefts occurring. I have communicated with Fedex, and they assured me that packages should be delivered to the residence, not the street or shed. I have evidence in photos of the signs I put up and packages disrespectfully left next to them. I urgently request that all Fedex packages be delivered to the house unless it is impossible to do so, to prevent hazardous items from ending up in unsafe hands.

FedEx delivery drivers consistently leave packages in the unsecured entryway of my senior residents' apartment building. Despite a sign asking drivers to dial our apartment number so we can buzz them in, they continue not to do so. Today, after contacting FedEx, I was informed that they do not address complaints and suggested I file a claim, which I do not want to do. I am curious if FedEx has a policy of disregarding delivery instructions from apartment buildings and individuals. Furthermore, I could not find an email address for customer complaints. Is there a method to prompt FedEx to respond regarding their package delivery practices to our building?
