Despite being home at the time of the delivery attempt, I received no calling card. After being informed that the package was lost, I faced unhelpful customer service representatives who have been rude and uncooperative. Today, I checked the tracking number and it claims the package was left at the door, yet I was home all day until 8 PM and no delivery was made. I specifically requested not to leave packages at the door if no one is home during my initial phone call. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received, having been hung up on multiple times and even treated poorly by the driver. I plan to escalate this matter to the ombudsman due to the lack of assistance and unwillingness to let me speak to a manager or team leader.

I made an error with my delivery address in Northern Ireland. The parcel is at the Antrim depot now, and I'd appreciate if it could be redirected to the correct address promptly to avoid any issues. I made a purchase from boohoo on October 13. By October 16, my order was in the hands of Fastway for delivery. Sadly, on October 17, at 11:49 in the morning, the tracking showed the parcel was delivered to my address, but I never received it. Despite checking nearby addresses and contacting my local Costcutter post depot, no luck. I provided my details, and they said the courier would contact me. Still waiting for that call. The order number with Fastway is RB[redacted]. I reached out through Fastway's support icon on Friday but haven't heard back. I need Fastway Couriers to confirm where my parcel was delivered last Wednesday at 11:49. Disappointed and hoping for a resolution on this matter.

My package was delivered last Friday. The tracking number is A[redacted]1. The courier service provided updates on the parcel's journey, stating it was received at the central distribution hub and later the depot before being delivered and signed for by someone else, not me. This is the second time I have experienced such an issue with this courier service. In a previous incident with tracking number LTN1IE145995, the parcel was falsely marked as delivered but only arrived after my complaint. I am concerned about the security and reliability of FASTWAY's delivery service. The driver did not deliver the parcel to me directly, leading to confusion and stress. I urge FASTWAY to address these delivery discrepancies and provide better customer service training to their drivers.

I usually have my parcels delivered to my dad's workplace at Howard’s Hardware. While on vacation, I ordered three parcels, but only two arrived at the shop. I suspect the issue might be due to a slight error in the delivery address. Instead of 61 Rathbeale Road, I mistakenly wrote 51 Rathbeale Road, but the name Howard’s Hardware was correct. Typically, parcels are signed for upon delivery, but not these two. The one missing must have been delivered to the wrong address. I need them by Saturday as I will be leaving on Monday. If it was dropped off at the wrong location, the courier needs to retrieve it. This particular parcel is valuable, and I need it back. The labels for the parcels are PV[redacted] and PV[redacted]. Can you please share my number with the delivery person so that they can call me? I have been at home all day and no one has rung my doorbell. The update says they can't access the premises, but I need my package today. I am frustrated that I have been trying to receive this package for over 48 hours and keep receiving irrelevant excuses. I even emailed my number for the delivery person to call me, but still, no contact. This isn't the first time this has happened. I hope this can be resolved quickly. Thank you.

I am trying to reach Fastway's Central Distribution Hub in Hawkes Bay regarding a parcel with valuable Christmas gifts. I've been waiting for 5 business days, but the parcel hasn't been sent out for delivery. Despite contacting the supplier and Fastway multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I have encountered various conflicting responses regarding my order [redacted]. Niamh from Fastways Dublin North consistently sends the same email claiming delivery in two days. However, the tracking information first indicated that the parcel was at the hub all day Saturday, then suddenly on Sunday it showed as delivered and signed for on Saturday (which is not the case as I was at home all day). The company I ordered from states that it's delivered, but when I contacted Niamh, I received the same generic response about delivery in two days. Now, the tracking shows that the parcel is in the courier's van. The situation is confusing and I am unsure about the actual status of my delivery.

My issue has been ongoing for almost a year. I have encountered problems with the courier from Fastway. Despite having the parcels ready, he has refused to collect them citing reasons like missing labels or the number of boxes. These parcels are for Littlewoods/Very. Despite my efforts to arrange returns, the collection fails repeatedly as he often ignores the requests. Fastway's courier behavior has been disrespectful, as he entered my home without permission and complained about his pay. I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further. If the situation persists, I will contact the Joe Duffy show to address this publicly. I urge for a resolution today as the parcels are scheduled for collection again.

My son's Christmas tablet delivery has been attempted twice. The first time, the driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. The second time, after leaving a note and emailing Fastway to authorize leaving it with a neighbor, the parcel was not successfully delivered. Now the item is at the depot, and I am unsure of its status. Communication with customer service via email has been unhelpful as they are not providing details about the delivery or when I can expect it.

Almost two years ago, I paid the required amount to have my car transported, and it still hasn't arrived. I've already paid nearly $12,[redacted], and now they are asking for more money. I refuse to pay any more until my car is delivered. If they manage to get my car here, I'll gladly pay an additional $[redacted]. I won't give them any more money until my car is in my possession. It feels like they have scammed and taken advantage of me by demanding excessive amounts of money. I am prepared to take legal action and involve the authorities if necessary. They are also withholding the location where my car is being kept, making me believe this is all a scam. No more payments until my car is delivered. I am considering involving the FBI, CIA, and even notifying the newspaper about this situation.

Someone purchased for me a black [redacted] SS Camaro with a white racing stripe two years ago. The delivery cost was supposed to be $[redacted] from Arizona to San Diego, but now it has skyrocketed to $12,[redacted]. I haven't received the car yet. I prefer having the car over a refund. The car is registered in my name, and I possess a recall paper in my name as well. Therefore, you must deliver the car to me. Failure to do so may result in legal action. I have a package en route from Argos via Fastway Couriers. However, I received an email from Fastway stating that my package was delivered and signed for, even though this did not occur. The item was picked up from the depot at 16:59 and then supposedly delivered and signed for by 5:01. I have not received the package, and my attempts to contact Fastway have been unsuccessful. Argos is also looking into the matter. Despite numerous email attempts, I cannot reach Fastway by phone. I am perplexed as the package was neither delivered to my house nor signed for by me. I am concerned about how Fastway claims it was delivered and signed for within a 2-minute window.

I purchased black size 42 boots from Figcoco in China and was notified that they were delivered to my address at 47 Glenamoy Lawn, Mayfield, Cork on Saturday, December 31st. I received a turtle sandbox with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, my parcel was tossed over my side gate in the rain, and the box was open. I was not notified about the delivery or where the parcel was placed. I only discovered it outside this evening.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service as the product I paid for and had delivered was mishandled. The lack of communication and care shown by the delivery driver towards my package and property is unacceptable.
