On Mother's Day, May 9th, [redacted], I placed an online order for pick up that afternoon. Upon arrival with my four grandkids, all under 4 years old, there was a long wait. Unable to wait, I called and after a 2-hour hold, I spoke to a young lady. She mentioned my order would be canceled soon with the manager's approval. When I reached out on May 17th because I hadn't received the refund, I spoke to GM Josh. He requested I visit the store with proof of purchase and my bank statement for an immediate refund. However, as of May 25th, I'm still waiting for the refund despite following up through various channels. I'm frustrated with this poor customer service experience. My party and I arrived at the well-known Dave’s in Bellevue, Nebraska at approximately 7:30 on a Sunday evening. After waiting for a table for over five minutes, a staff member inquired if we had been helped. We explained that we had been waiting for a table. Shortly after, another employee informed us that the kitchen was closed and they would not be serving us. When questioned about the closing time of 8pm, they confirmed it was just after 7:30. We had driven over forty-five minutes to dine there, only to be turned away. If they stop serving at 7:30, they should adjust their closing time. The employee's attitude could have been more considerate. Additionally, the delay in informing us was frustrating.

I have been using the Dave app for almost 4 months. I need to address a major concern regarding six unauthorized transactions on my account totaling over $[redacted]. I have attempted to contact customer service with no success and have also sent multiple emails to no avail. Additionally, I find it frustrating that although I have earned a $[redacted] cash advance, I must wait until the day before my next payday to receive it. It is disrespectful to offer only $5 in other instances when that amount is insufficient. Although I previously enjoyed the Dave app, I feel disrespected by the lack of response and the delay in addressing my concerns.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup on 9/6 at 11 am. In the special instructions, I specified that I wanted white meat only for the chicken, but I received a drumstick and thigh instead. When I called the restaurant, a staff member told me to return for the correct order. Unfortunately, I live 30 minutes away, making it impractical to go back. It would be helpful if the orders were double-checked before they are handed to customers to avoid such mistakes in the future.

I enrolled for text messaging to get the $3.00 credit offer. When I tried to use the credit while placing an order, the system didn't accept it. I checked the text message with the code, but there was illegible text at the bottom due to an image in the background. I just want to use my $3.00 credit and place my order, but I'm facing issues with that.
