Last week, I was assured that I could cancel at any time without charges. However, after leaving a voicemail clearly stating I couldn't afford it this month and wanted to cancel, my request was ignored, and money was still deducted from my account. I need the money refunded as soon as possible. This situation has left me in a difficult position without gas for my family to get to work. Please contact me promptly to resolve this issue.
