I would like to formally complain about the issues I have been facing regarding settling my liability with the bank. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and numerous emails, I have not received any resolution. In January [redacted], Mr. Jithu Jose contacted me, but we have been unable to reach a mutual agreement. Mr. Jose has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and has refused to communicate with me effectively. I have contacted both the CBN and the department in the UK to no avail. I have only one email address, which Mr. Jose claims is incorrect, further complicating the issue. I simply want to settle my liability and stop incurring unnecessary charges. I urge the bank to assign a professional and competent staff member to help me resolve this matter promptly. Your earliest response is appreciated to resolve this situation swiftly.

Hello, I am Dorathi. I recently applied for a buyout loan from EIB Bank. My mobile number is [redacted]. The sales representative assured me that I would receive [redacted] dirhams in cash, the first EMI payment would be after 90 days, and I would also receive a credit card. However, due to an emergency after delivery and my father-in-law being in the ICU needing to travel, I found myself in a difficult situation. Despite applying for the buyout loan, I have not received any funds, my EMI was deducted this month, and I have not received any additional amount. I kindly request for the reversal of my EMI payment as I am in urgent need. Thank you for your consideration. Dorathi.

I am Jayaprakash, and I have been working in Al Ain for the past 10 years. I have had a loan with FAB for over 5 years. Due to delayed salaries for the past 6 months, I faced financial difficulties, leading to my phone being disconnected. Despite the salary delays, I have been consistent in repaying my FAB loan. Last month, I struggled to make a payment, resulting in FAB contacting my relatives in India and disclosing sensitive information about my loan. This caused distress to my mother, who is currently hospitalized after undergoing heart surgery. I was pressured to make a payment of [redacted] AED, which I have already paid. I believe FAB should not have handled the situation this way. I reached out to their customer care and was threatened with legal action if the payment was not made immediately. I urge to file a formal complaint regarding this matter and request to be informed via email about the actions taken. Thank you.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from FAB who requested that I update my account details. Simultaneously, I received an SMS from "ICA" providing a One Time Password. The person asked for my 16-digit card number under the threat of account suspension, which I provided. They then demanded the 3-digit number on the back of the card, which I couldn't provide as the card was unavailable. When asked for their names, the woman identified as Farah Saad, then handed the phone to a man who abruptly hung up after I inquired about their names and company. I suspect they are scammers due to their persistence in acquiring my card details and their sudden disconnection. I am seeking clarification from ICA to confirm the validity of these requests and to report this suspicious activity.

On 4/3/[redacted], I received an email regarding my order #[redacted] being prepared for shipment, and my Visa account was charged $58.97 by FabFashion LTD Wanchai. However, I have not received any further updates about the shipping status or a confirmation about when it will be dispatched. Until now, the items have not arrived. I kindly request information about the current status of my order. I would like to know when can I expect the delivery or if a refund of $58.97 will be issued. Dear FabFashion, Ltd, I made a purchase from your company back in early April and received two packages of masks without a packing slip or return address. I was confused since I also ordered wipes and toilet paper totaling $[redacted].95 and did not receive any confirmation email. The charge appeared on my Capital One statement, and I contested it. I bought the Crosley Stereo for my husband's birthday, but it has stopped playing CDs, the cassette tape won't work, and the turntable is slow. Please get in touch with me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I returned it to Hammacher Schlemmer, and they advised me to send it back to you, Fab. The model is CR2405a Director. I am trying to request a checkbook from FAB through their mobile app, but I keep getting an error message saying the service request failed because my account is not active or valid. I have been a customer with NBAD/FAB for the past 6 years. I have tried to reach out over the phone before, but the virtual assistant was unable to assist me. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and issue a checkbook for my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I've been attempting to close my FAB account ending in [redacted] for three years now. I left the UAE in [redacted] due to military service and am not presently in the UAE. I've mailed the necessary account closure documents by courier, but have received no response from the bank. Despite providing a tracking number for the documents, they claim not to have received them. I've maintained a zero balance, but each month I notice increasing charges for minimum balance. I've emailed [redacted] monthly without receiving any helpful responses. I am eager to settle any outstanding fees and close this account as I dislike having outstanding debts. I'm unable to access my Fab app, as it indicates the account is inactive. Even though I receive quarterly statements, I'm willing to pay any balance to finalize the closure. I've never utilized loans, credit cards, or any other services from them. I'm frustrated at being unable to close the account despite numerous attempts via phone, email, and social media platforms.
