Expression Engine Customer Service Issues

Hello! I am the new web manager for CNSWEB.org. We need to download our site data, but the current webmaster is not cooperating. We want to bring the site management in-house. We are in urgent need of downloading all the databases, but we can't access our website as a client. Can we have the webmaster use an extension that allows us to download our data securely? If possible, please provide detailed instructions and suggest an add-on. Alternatively, can your team assist us in downloading our data from a zip file on a different server? We need to retrieve our Memberships, Blog, Member Forum, and Science Database. Thank you.
