I purchased flights from your company based on a friend's recommendation. The flight details are as follows: PNR #: TK65OK, Ref #: 19O30BEF2012. I booked a flight with three transfers, but there was no mention of having to pay for luggage multiple times during the booking process. Instead of the usual 30 CAD, I ended up spending around [redacted] CAD for luggage fees. I was charged this amount and was unable to contest it. I am requesting a refund for the excess charges and would like to pay the luggage fees as per the standard rate, just once as is customary with other airlines. This experience has been disappointing, and had I known about these additional charges, I would not have chosen these tickets or used your services.
