While drying my lidded ceramic Dutch oven pot before Thanksgiving, the bottom unexpectedly broke off, causing it to injure my hands and feet. The right hand sustained a deep cut on the top of the pointer finger and the hand was severely wounded. The pot, which was only used during gatherings due to its size, fell to my feet after the breakage. I am worried about a possible defect in the pot and the potential risks had it contained something hot during the incident. I have been trying to find a contact email to address this issue without success. I have images of the broken pot and my injuries, and I am hoping for a response from someone regarding this matter. Thank you.

I recently bought a set of Rachael Ray cooking sheets, including one with a grease-collecting insert for bacon and broiling, and a plain baking sheet for cookies and fries. My daughter mainly uses the plain one for baking. Despite purchasing the set less than a year ago, after using it at her house, it looks worn. This isn't the first time I've experienced this with Rachael Ray products I've bought. I never complained before, but considering the amount spent, I believe the cookie sheet should be replaced. I got the set from Kohl's, however, I no longer have the receipt. I hope for a hassle-free replacement, as I've praised the sheet pan I own and adore it. If this is not resolved, I will refrain from purchasing Rachael Ray items in the future.

Dear Rachel, I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Makenzi, who has been unemployed since May due to the pandemic. She was an advertising and marketing specialist for Swarovski Crystal. As a devoted F.I.T. Grad and self-taught vegetarian cook, she is eager to apply her skills in a new environment. I admire your resilience, especially after the recent fire tragedy you and your husband endured. I believe Makenzi would greatly benefit from a role in marketing or advertising, and I am hopeful that you may know of an opportunity or be willing to assist. My experiences as a retired firefighter have taught me the importance of reaching out for help. I have faith that, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, you and your husband will overcome this hardship. Thank you for considering this request. Best regards, Daniel S. Adams.

I recently bought 3 sets of Rachael Ray cookware from Kohl's Department Stores. I had informed some family members about the rebate and offered to purchase the sets for them, assuming each would receive a rebate. I later received notices by mail stating there was a one-time purchase limit, which I was not aware of. I intended to help by running the errand since I had time. It has been 2 months, and I am still waiting for my rebate. The tracking IDs on the notices are [redacted]3 and [redacted]6, with promotional number [redacted]. I am disappointed and seeking clarification on why this purchase limit was not clearly stated. When can we expect to receive at least one rebate? Disappointed in Martinsburg, WV.

I found a beautiful ranch that I believe would be perfect for Rachael Ray and her team to film at. The ranch offers a blend of serenity and adventure, with a stunning backdrop that is both peaceful and exciting. It is fully equipped with facilities for guests and a film crew. There's another ranch I'm interested in, but it requires a down payment that I currently don't have. If you are interested in the first ranch I mentioned, would you consider providing a loan for the down payment? I am eyeing two ranches, one in Modoc County and the other in Southern California, both at a fraction of their market value. The Southern California ranch especially stands out with its abundant water supply, flourishing olive trees, established olive oil business, and a beautiful home. It is turn-key and priced at $______000,[redacted]. I will provide you with more details on its name and location. Could you pass this message along to Rachael Ray? Thank you. - Jessie

This was our first time purchasing Rachael Ray's chicken stock. While making a large pot of chicken soup, we realized we needed more broth towards the end of cooking. Upon opening the carton of Rachael's chicken stock, we encountered an issue. Initially, the broth didn't pour out smoothly, and then a large black and green piece fell into the soup, resembling a chunk of mold. Unfortunately, we had to discard the entire pot of soup due to this discovery. The expiration date on the carton was October [redacted]. I have captured images of the incident and shared them on Facebook to check if anyone else experienced a similar situation. Considering reaching out to a news station with this matter as we still have the carton and the suspicious object. This has been an extremely unpleasant and shocking experience for us.

Dear Rachel,
You may never read this, but I was deeply moved by how you bravely shared your experience on the show. Hearing about your mother's struggle with Macular Degeneration reminded me of my recent diagnosis of being legally blind due to the same condition. I turned 60 recently, and the thought of missing out on seeing my grandchildren grow up or my granddaughter's wedding is heartbreaking. Losing my sight has left me feeling like I've lost a part of myself and my independence. Your strength and grace in sharing your story touched me deeply.
Thank you for being a beacon of inspiration.
Warm regards,
Tina

I have been a loyal viewer of the show for years. However, I have noticed that since her husband started making regular appearances, I find it challenging to watch. It seems like Rachael frequently belittles, ignores, interrupts, or dismisses him in ways that are blatantly obvious to the audience, portraying him as a pushover.
He often remains quiet and allows it to happen, while she acts as the star rather than working as equal partners on the show. For instance, in today's episode, she assigned him the task of cooking shrimp. When he inquired about which utensil to use, she responded rather rudely with "Tongs," followed by a sarcastic remark to the camera, which felt like a direct put-down, especially towards her husband and show partner.
If this is the dynamic of their marriage and John is okay with it, that's their personal matter. But for the viewers like me, it's uncomfortable to watch. I believe the show producers should address this issue. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it may assist Rachael in understanding how one loyal viewer appreciates her show but disapproves of how her partner is treated.
