I am Samantha B. and I have had multiple issues with your Everlast plastic pedestal sump pump. Within 6 months, I've had to buy three pumps because they kept burning out and the motor stopped working. I primarily use this pump in my basement, and it's frustrating that they keep failing. I could only exchange one that broke within two weeks, but for the other two, I had to purchase new ones each time without the option to return them. It's financially straining for me to keep replacing these sump pumps. I have explored other options, but this specific pump style is the only one suitable for the space I have. I'm dissatisfied with the product's quality and the inconvenience it has caused me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
