I filed a travel insurance claim when my mother's hip injury prevented her from traveling. The claim number is E19T[redacted]. Despite submitting it in June, the claim hasn't progressed on their website. I discovered that the website does not allow input of a UK country code in the phone number section, possibly to hinder communication attempts. The phone number provided goes to voicemail and doesn’t connect. When editing the claim, the form reset, causing frustration. I hope for a prompt email response to address these issues. My mother, Mrs. A.H., fractured her hip in April, leading to surgery and health complications, preventing her trip to Sweden in June. I seek reimbursement of £[redacted].08 for the airfare and associated costs, outlined as: 1. Adult return fare £[redacted].18, 2. Reserved seats £40, 3. Checked bag £50, 4. Priority boarding £12, and 5. Fast Track £33.90.

Good afternoon, I am contacting you as the insurer for an all-risk trip with Ryanair that has been canceled. The flight reservation I am referring to is booking Z5QRKS linked to the email [redacted] The all-risk insurance policy code with you is I71WTP3G. The trip includes three passengers, all with All Risk insurance. I want to inform you that Ryanair has canceled the flights, and we requested a refund three weeks ago. Hello, Regarding claim policy number [redacted], my family recently had a challenging experience during our trip from New Zealand to the Netherlands with a layover in Vancouver. Despite receiving initial confirmation that our online transit visa applications were successful, we encountered an issue during check-in for our flight, which resulted in our daughter, Tamara, being unable to fly due to an error in her application. This unfortunate situation led us to miss our flights from Auckland to Vancouver to Amsterdam, as we couldn't leave Tamara alone being a minor. Despite several attempts to contact our travel agent, Gate1, for rebooking, we were unsuccessful in reaching them, and we had to make new arrangements two days later on April 24. We are seeking reimbursement for the cost of the flights back to Amsterdam, two nights of accommodation, taxi expenses, and food costs, for which we have the necessary proof of payment.
