I want to share a cautionary experience I had recently. I booked a flight with Eurowings, suggested by a friend in Germany who typically uses their services. However, I mistakenly ended up booking through Gotogate thinking it was Eurowings. When my Eurowings flight got canceled and I requested a refund, Gotogate did not return my money. This led me to discover negative reviews about Gotogate, making me concerned. Even after rebooking with Ryanair successfully, I am still upset about not receiving my money back. It would be great if your IT team could investigate this issue with Gotogate. It's been frustrating, and I am considering avoiding Eurowings in the future. Just to note, my flight from Porto to Dusseldorf for May 22, [redacted], was canceled by Eurowings and they confirmed refunding the money on May 3.

I am reaching out because I am struggling to cancel a booking with Eurowings for a flight from Prague to Barcelona for myself and my children on Sunday, December 26th. I have tested positive for Covid and cannot travel, so I am disappointed but aware that Eurowings should refund the flight due to this circumstance. Despite being advised to use the contact form, it is not functioning, preventing me from submitting my request. I am unable to find an alternative method to proceed with the cancellation.
I am experiencing a similar issue with Vueling for the Barcelona to Valencia flight. I am seeking a prompt and straightforward solution, but it seems challenging to achieve. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in addressing these matters with both airlines.

I am writing to express my frustration with the recent flight cancellation I experienced with Eurowings. My family and I were originally scheduled for flight EW2819 from Catania to Stuttgart at 13:30. We were notified of the cancellation via email at 2 am, less than 12 hours before the flight departure. Unfortunately, due to the late notice, we were unable to rebook on an earlier flight and are now stranded at the airport. We have been rebooked on a Lufthansa flight to Munich this evening, meaning we will not reach our final destination until tomorrow morning. As a result of this situation, I am inquiring whether Eurowings will cover our accommodations. The inconvenience and lack of timely communication have been incredibly disappointing, especially with three children in tow. I need to report that during my flight EW [redacted] on Thursday, June 23, [redacted], from Stuttgart to Zagreb, my suitcase sustained damage due to what appears to be rough handling by Eurowings staff. One of the wheels on my suitcase was broken, and there are multiple visible damages. When I tried to report this at the airport, I was informed that it was considered just visible damage and was advised to contact either my agency or the airline. I reported the incident to my agency on Friday, June 24, [redacted], only to be directed to file a claim directly with Eurowings by Monday, June 27, [redacted]. I attempted to file a claim through your partner Dolfi's website, but they redirected me to Eurowings. Unfortunately, Eurowings does not provide an email address, and I have not received any response to my online messages.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a lost white handbag. On 8 July at 6:45, my daughter left her handbag at terminal B (Bistrot 2) Autogrill. The bag was found by Gate B56 personnel while we were boarding flight EW9844 DUS-OLB at 07:20. They assured me they would hand the bag to DUS Lost & Found and provide my name, "Jonnie Rönnqvist," as a reference. The contents include a bank debit card from Handelsbanken, belonging to Vendela Rönnqvist-Rylander, sunglasses, Airpods Pro, lip gloss, hand balm in a plastic zip bag, and keys on a military-colored key band.
It's been two weeks since reporting the lost item, and despite the assurance that it would be at Lost & Found, an email response indicated the item hasn't been turned in yet. We are concerned and wonder if the staff at Gate B56 forgot to hand it over. We kindly request clarification on whether the bag was indeed transferred to Lost & Found as promised.

We had a booking from Cologne to London Heathrow on August 8th. We struggled to check in and found out through the flight tracker that our flight was canceled. Despite Opodo confirming our flight was still on, we arrived at the airport to discover it was indeed canceled, and we were rebooked for the next day. We had to incur extra costs to travel to Düsseldorf to catch a flight back home and lost a day of our vacation. The experience was stressful, with long queues at passport control, almost causing us to miss our flight. We had to rearrange our transport from Heathrow as well. We are disappointed by the lack of warning or communication and seek compensation for this inconvenience.

We utilized Eurowings for a trip to Belgrade, Serbia, planning to return to the UK independently on September 16. Regrettably, we had to cancel our return journey on September 23 due to a passenger's medical emergency requiring intensive care in Belgrade. As the passenger's carer, I stayed behind along with his 91-year-old mother, who couldn't fly unaccompanied. Unfortunately, our documents were stolen, preventing me from providing the flight number, but the passengers involved are David Novak, Ruth Pejcic, and Gordana Novakovic. Today, I bought a flight from Amsterdam to Malta on the website www.Kiwi.com. Hello! I traveled with Eurowings on August 12, [redacted], and unfortunately, our luggage was delayed. We reported the issue at the airport on the same day. My reference number is BEREW12567 under the name Colinas. While a portion of my baggage was delivered two weeks ago, I am still missing one out of the three pieces, which seems to belong to someone else. Despite numerous emails sent about the delayed baggage, I have not received any responses, not even regarding compensation for purchasing essentials during the initial three days without my belongings. This email was sent almost two months ago. When contacting them via phone, we are told to fill out a form for assistance, but unfortunately, none of our emails have been answered. I can't find my luggage. During my trip on October 31, [redacted], from Frankfurt to Philadelphia, my bags didn't make it to my destination. The flight numbers involved were [redacted] from Turkey to Frankfurt, LH0101 from Munich to Frankfurt, and 4Y050 from Frankfurt to Philadelphia. The bag tag numbers are XQ779653 and XQ779652. The Lufthansa representative instructed me to fill out a form online with the flight numbers, but I keep encountering errors. I couldn't find the email address for customer services. Please forward this urgent message for me. My case is too big for the lockers. Every journey I've been on, except the last trip to Dusseldorf, I have never been charged. It carries essential medical equipment including special pads, but not knowing how many I need each day, I have to carry a full pack of fifty. I have multiple health conditions like MS, fibromyalgia, CFS, ME, epilepsy, mental health issues, COPD, and asthma. I suffer from severe pain 24/7. My walking cane is also in my case. When I booked with you last time, I was assured that my case was free and booked in, but I had to pay £[redacted] for my case there and back. Please inform Eurowings about this as they are the only airline that has ever charged me to take it. I can't travel without it. I was also refused assistance at Dusseldorf, but I insisted that it was sorted for Manchester as it's a long walk. Please book assistance at both ends for me. I normally get extra legroom from the airline for free as I'm 6ft 4, but because it wasn't on the assistance list, I was stuck in the middle seat between two very large ladies. My plane was also delayed, causing a lot of extra costs like a stay in a hotel in Manchester. [redacted]. My walking cane is also carried in my suitcase, but I was forced to pay for it. I experienced significant delays on my Eurowings flight from Barcelona to London via HAM on August 26th. The flight from Barcelona was delayed by over 3 hours, and after boarding, we spent many hours on the aircraft causing us to miss our connection to London. Our original departure from Barcelona to HAM was scheduled for 2:30 pm. Booking number: 3KV2LC for a family of 4 (last name initial K). The ticket was booked through United Airlines. I have filed a claim and received ticket number: [redacted], but it has been nearly 10 days without any update. My claim includes reimbursement for an Airbnb night in London that I couldn't use due to staying at the airport, and also for snacks during the extended airport stay.
