Esquire Magazine Customer Service Issues

I would like to address an incident I experienced at Wells Fargo Bank. Recently, I visited the bank to complete some essential paperwork, including a chapter 35 VA education application and obtaining copies of IDs for my daughter and me. Throughout the process, I needed notarization and copies of private documents. However, the notary at the bank acted unprofessionally by refusing to return my documents, despite my need to catch my transportation. The manager, who intervened, failed to rectify the situation. After contacting the corporate office, the notary was terminated, but my documents were not returned. This ordeal has deeply affected me, and I am considering legal action.
