I am experiencing financial hardship and attempted to arrange modified loan repayment terms for personal loan contract no: [redacted]01 with Esanda. Despite contacting customer service and requesting to utilize Clause 22 in the Terms and Conditions, my experience was frustrating. I was transferred between departments, encountering difficulties with representatives locating my contract. After being on hold for lengthy periods and facing communication challenges due to accents, I managed to defer payments until January 14th. However, I am still struggling to make upcoming repayments, including the deferred amount.
