I have been attempting to cancel my subscription to EpixNow for two days now. There is no account management area on your site or any other site I can locate. I need you to cancel my subscription with EpixNow immediately. If you do not cancel my subscription or begin charging me your monthly rates, I will have no choice but to take legal action against your company for billing me without authorization, despite my numerous attempts to cancel. I will inform the court that your company lacks a method to manage my subscription or any means to cancel, and I will request compensation for all damages, including the time spent trying to cancel. Let's avoid this, so please save us both the trouble and cancel my subscription now, preventing me from escalating this to court. Over the past week and a half, Comcast viewers had the opportunity to enjoy EPIX movies from 11/1 to 11/11. Two films that I watched did not align with their descriptions. Firstly, "Prodigy" depicted a boy possessed by a killer's soul, deviating from the expected plot of a father protecting his gifted son. Secondly, "The Rift" strayed from its description of mysterious black rifts, focusing instead on genetic experiments aboard a submarine, leading to unexpected deaths. These discrepancies left me disappointed in both films as they didn't match the advertised storyline.

I have just finished writing down my feedback. The process of reporting errors seems ineffective. I will share what I initially wrote when I attempted to inform you about the two movies. Between 11/1 and 11/11, Comcast subscribers could view EPIX movies. However, my experience with two particular films did not match their descriptions. 1) "Prodigy" ([redacted]) was supposed to be about a father protecting his son who prophesies three world-ending events. In reality, it depicted a child possessed by the soul of a killer, leading to a series of murders. Disappointing. 2) "The Rift" was described as showing black rifts in the sky with a mysterious watcher. Instead, it focused on a second submarine team encountering genetic experiments from the missing first sub's crew. The plot involved fatalities and a dramatic escape. Not a satisfying movie, deviating greatly from its original description.

I encountered an issue while trying to redeem the CenturyLink offer "Enjoy 12 months of EPIX Now on us" due to a previous account with EPIX Now that was canceled. Despite following the steps to create a new account, when I attempted to link it to my TV using the Roku app, I was prompted to choose a payment plan instead of availing the CenturyLink offer. I am unsure if this is a legitimate offer or a potential scam. However, if it is authentic, I am interested in trying it out. If the service meets our needs and has reasonable fees, we may become permanent customers post the trial period. Your guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated. I've been using an epix email for years and would occasionally check it through Yahoo's website. Recently, Frontier/Yahoo asked me to revalidate my password, but despite trying, I couldn't get the code needed. Now, it seems like I am blocked from accessing my email account. I reached out to Just Answer, but they weren't able to help. I really need to speak with someone at Frontier about this issue. While I no longer use Frontier's services, this email has been crucial for me. I've spent many hours trying to resolve this, but without success. I no longer have an active account with Frontier.
