Epicurious Customer Service Issues

I've forgotten my Epicurious password a while back. Despite multiple reset requests in the past year, the email link I receive only redirects me to the recipes page. Oddly, I remain logged in but encounter difficulties saving recipes, resorting to a complicated workaround within the app. This inconvenience has led me to significantly reduce my app and website usage. Creating a new account seems like the only solution, but redoing over [redacted] saved recipes is off-putting. Attempts to address this problem have gone unanswered before, creating low expectations for a resolution this time. Such experiences have deterred me from subscribing to any Epicurious publications due to disappointing customer service.

I am dissatisfied with the stainless steel cookware I bought on Amazon. Despite contacting them, they directed me to the seller. Sadly, everything I cooked stuck to the pan - pork chops, steak, and even scrambled eggs. Additionally, half of the pan's interior got scorched, which no amount of cleaning could fix. Cooking scrambled eggs turned into a nightmare as they stuck to the bottom and sides of the pan. Even soaking it in hot water did not help; I had to resort to scraping off the stuck-on egg, which ruined my manicure. I have since purchased a new cookware set elsewhere. Best regards, L. Ernst
